★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20 grudnia złożyłam zamówienie, 29.grudnia został dopiero nadany numer paczki. Od tego czasu firma kurierska cały czas czeka na otrzymanie produktu. Telefonu nie odbiera nikt. Tragedia.
On December 20, I placed an order, on December 29, the package number was only given. Since then, the courier company has been waiting all the time to receive the product. Nobody answers the phone. Tragedy.

Przesłali mi uszkodzoną grę na PS4, po otwarciu dyskusji zostałem poinformowany, że przesyłka została dostarczona prawidłowo i pozostaje mi kontakt z infolinią kuriera bo to jego wina. Sprzedający nie zaproponował mi ani wymiany gry, ani zwrotu pieniędzy ani też wysyłki nowej. Zapłaciłem za grę która nie nadaje się do użytku. NIE POLECAM !
I definitely do not recommend this company. They sent me a damaged game on PS4, after opening the discussion, I was informed that the package was delivered correctly and I can contact the courier's hotline because it is his fault. The seller did not offer me to replace the game, refund the money, or ship a new one. I paid for a game that is unusable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ .Nie otrzymałam pełnego towaru. Zamawiałam saturator do wody i dodatkowo dwa syropy smakowe. W paczce przyszedł tylko saturator. Brak dwóch syrop w na ponad 60 zł. Wielokrotnie zamawiam produkty online i nigdy nie zdarzyło się abym dostała towar w połowie. To jest kradzież. Nie polecam. Dodaję sprostowanie po skontaktowaniu się z firmą pracownik powiedział, że niezwłocznie nadeślą brakujący towar. Przesyłkę otrzymałam. Szkoda jednak że musiałam się denerwować, interweniować itd. Gdyby nie to dałabym 5 gwiazdek, a tak daję 3.
I did not receive the full goods. I ordered a water saturator and additionally two flavored syrups. Only the saturator was included in the package. No two syrup in for over 60 zlotys. I order products online many times and it has never happened that I got a product in half. This is stealing. I do not recommend. I add a correction after contacting the company, the employee said that they would send the missing goods immediately. I received the package. It is a pity, however, that I had to be nervous, intervene, etc. If not, I would have given 5 stars, and so I give 3.
