★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skutečně profesionální služby a velice vstřícný personál. Bezdrátový internet od Alberonu máme asi 10 let, v podstatě běží bez problémů. Pokud bylo třeba řešit specifické požadavky, domluva byla vždy velice ochotná.
Really professional service and very helpful staff. We have had wireless internet from Alberon for about 10 years, it basically runs without problems. If specific requirements had to be addressed, the agreement was always very willing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Letohrad) Optika bude Ok ale my máme bezdrátove připojení, se kterým jsme měli z prvu problémy. Tato recenze je změněna. V předešlém znění jsem narážel na problémy s rychlostí a se stabilitou. Nyní nám to vyřešili, ale musel jsem se 3x ohlásit o problému, protože mě vždy přišlo, že mé ohlášení "zametli pod koberec". Možná měli hodně práce, a tak nestíhali se věnovat našemu problému.. asi tak měsíc. Co se připojení týče, tak je zdíleno s ostatními uživateli, takže dochází k degradaci. Jelikož platíme nejrychlejší k nám dostupný tarif (32Mb/s), tak Download spíše kolísá mezi 20-25Mb/s, málokdy těch 32Mb/s. Z této zkušenosti nemá moc smysl chodit do tarifů větších, jak 22Mb/s. Jelikož taky koukám na Upload, tak tam jsem zklamán, většinou je poloviční k našemu tarifu (okolo 10-20Mb/s).

In the previous version, I encountered problems with speed and stability. Now they solved it for us, but I had to report the problem 3 times, because it always occurred to me that my report was "swept under the rug". Maybe they had a lot of work to do, so they didn't manage to address our problem ... for about a month. As for the connection, it is shared with other users, so degradation occurs. Since we pay the fastest tariff available to us (32Mb / s), Download rather fluctuates between 20-25Mb / s, rarely those 32Mb / s. From this experience, it doesn't make much sense to go for tariffs larger than 22Mb / s. Since I'm also looking at Upload, I'm disappointed there, it's usually half of our tariff (around 10-20Mb / s).
