Personál velice vstřícný a snaží se vysvětlit vše v dané problematice. It is a small but quite capable shop with motorcycle accessories, which also includes service for both motorcycles and cars. The staff is very helpful and tries to explain everything in the issue.

Nebyla by mi sdělena předběžná cena opravy (i přesto že mi bylo řečeno zavoláme do dvou dnů), po třech týdnech kdy jsem se dovolával mi bylo řečeno je to hotové bez informace k ceně. Vulgární chování k zákazníkovi, otřesné jednání. NEDOPORUČUJI! I was very unpleasantly surprised by the behavior and approach to the customer. I would not have been told the preliminary price of the repair (even though I was told to call within two days), after three weeks when I was invoking me I was told it was done without price information. Vulgar behavior towards the customer, appalling behavior. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Při předávání nám sdělili že auto nemá papíry, že je nepřivezli, když jsem řekla že je to trochu divný tak mě pán odpálkoval s tím že "co chci, vždyť to dnes přijelo". Pan majitel tvrdil že hned jak papíry přijdou že nám je přiveze. Do předávacího protokolu napsali že je auto vyrobené 2021, předevčírem (po měsíci!!!!!) nám konečně přišly slibované papíry které jsme denně urgovali , a v nich že je auto vyrobené v roce 2020! To že jsou v autě nějaké nefunkční věci o tom ani nemám sílu psát. Jednání šílené, pan majitel jen na telefonu, absolutně se neobtěžuje s Vámi jednat osobně a především na rovinu. Po třech týdnech z nich vylezlo, že se papíry ztratily a museli nechat vystavit nové. Co je na tom pravdy je ovšem otázka. Absolutely not recommended !!!!!! We bought a Rimor motorhome from them. During the handover, they told us that the car didn't have the papers, that they hadn't brought them, when I said that it was a little weird, so the gentleman batted me with the fact that "what I want, it came today". The owner claimed that as soon as the papers arrived, he would bring them to us. They wrote in the handover protocol that the car was made in 2021, the day before yesterday (after a month !!!!!) we finally received the promised papers that we urged daily, and in them that the car was made in 2020! The fact that there are some non-functional things in the car I don't even have the strength to write about. Acting crazy, Mr. owner only on the phone, absolutely does not bother to deal with you personally and, above all, on a straight line. After three weeks, it turned out that the papers were lost and they had to have new ones issued. What is the truth, however, is a question.
