P	Petr Ceda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ještě nikdy jsem v servisu nepotkal tak ochotného a milého technika jako je pan Laga,vstřícný a příjemný přístup a ochota pomoci!!to jsem dojel jen služebním vozem....již jsem vystřídal servisy Škoda,Peugeot,Subaru a Renault ale tady ten pán je prostě nejlepší. Normálně recenze nepíši,ale tady jsem musel. I have never met such a helpful and nice technician as Mr. Laga in the service, helpful and pleasant approach and willingness to help !! is simply the best. I don't normally write reviews, but I had to.
P	Petr Žurek NEXPO system, on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Více než 8 let navštěvuji servisy Kia. Jsem vždy spokojen. I ve Zlíně vše proběhlo na výbornou - od převzetí až po předání . I když bylo plno, dostal jsem termín ve velmi příznivém čase a oprava byla rychleji než jsem čekal. A servisní technik pan Laga vše vyřídil k mé spokojenosti. Dávám 5 z 5 doporučuji. I have been visiting Kia services for more than 8 years. I am always satisfied. Even in Zlín, everything went perfectly - from the takeover to the handover. Even though it was full, I got the deadline at a very favorable time and the repair was faster than I expected. And the service technician Mr. Laga did everything to my satisfaction. I give 5 out of 5 I recommend.

M	Matej Zajac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po opravení defektu mi zabudli dať naspäť na koleso bezpečnostnú skrutku. Musím kupovať novú sadu skrutiek, odmietli mi dať kompenzáciu..asi žijeme v 19 storočí. Opravovali mi rovno i ostrekovače, ktoré vydržali 5minút jazdy. Dodatok k odpovedi: Ako môžete tvrdiť že skrutka bola u vás zatiahnutá v súlade s montážnym postupom, keď mi odborníci potvrdili že sa odmontovať bez kľúča nedá. Klúč som nikomu inemu nedaval lebo keď som menil nové pneu nebolo potreba nič odmontovať keďže tam skrutka nebola.... S autom nikto nemanipuloval od návštevy u vás. Veď priznať si chybu je ľudské myslím :) After repairing the defect, they forgot to put the safety screw back on the wheel. I have to buy a new set of screws, they refused to give me compensation .. we live in the 19th century. They also repaired the windscreen washers, which lasted 5 minutes of driving. Addendum to the answer: How can you claim that the screw has been tightened for you in accordance with the assembly procedure, when the experts confirmed to me that it cannot be removed without a key. I didn't give the key to anyone else because when I changed the new tires, there was no need to remove anything since the screw wasn't there .... After all, admitting a mistake is human I think :)
