Nechali si zaplatit za službu, kterou ani neprovedli, jak následně (2 dny poté) prokázala STK a na opravu resp. reklamaci už čekám přes týden s tím, že každý den mi tvrdí, že to druhý den bude a následně tomu tak není! V původní domluvě navíc bylo, že STK zařídí sami, což se také nestalo a na tu kontrolu jsem ve finále musela dojet sama. Nezvedání telefonů je standardem...velmi špatná komunikace, naslibovat toho umí hodně, ale ve výsledku Vám dokáží akorát zkomplikovat život...... OPRAVDU NEDOPORUČUJI!!!!
The worst service ever! They got paid for the service, which they did not even perform, as subsequently (2 days later) the MOT proved and for the repair resp. I've been waiting for complaints for over a week, saying that every day they tell me that it will be the next day and then it doesn't! In addition, the original agreement was that they would arrange the MOT themselves, which also did not happen, and I had to go to the inspection myself in the final. Not picking up the phones is standard ... very poor communication, they can promise a lot, but as a result they can just complicate your life ...... I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!
