Paní pošťačka Nilola se ale při mé dnešní návštěvě rozhodla, že využije znalosti ze školení “Zákaznické karty” a kartu nahrnou v telefonu mi odmítla vzít s argumentem, že ona potřebuje vidět tu PLASTOVOU KARTU. Karta je vedená v systému na jméno a já jsem se mohla prokázat občankou. To ale nešlo, ona chtěla vidět tu PLASTOVOU KARTU. Moji žádosti, ať prosím udělá vyjímku, že mi s tím nikdy na poště nedělali problém, že jsem v předvánočním stresu vystála s miminkem 20min frontu a nemám vypsané podací lístky, nevyhověla. Poradila se s kolegyní a důležitejší, než lidský přístup pro tuto dámu bylo, že ona CHCE VIDĚT PLASTOVOU KARTIČKU. Potupně jsem si před ní na přepážce vypsala tři podací lístky, sledovala své nervózní miminko v kočárku, blokovala vánoční podvečerní nával na poště a paní poštačka Nikola si chrochtala nad tím, jak nad tím zákazníkem zase jednou vyzrála. Milá pošto, určitě se snažíš dohnat konkurenci doručovacích služeb, poradím ti - vykašli se na PLASTOVOU KARTIČKU!!! Je na jméno a občanka by tento fakt mohla vyřešit!
