★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not see that there were 2 more ppl waiting for their coffees to be made. My train was leaving thus I asked if I could get my tea before them - the people in line did not have a problem. However, the barista who was quite impolite, didn't do it. Had leave it ... next time Starbucks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for a coffee and to charge my phone as the place has plenty of electrical outlets clearly visible from outside. WARNING: none of the outlets work. When asked, the girl said "they've been broken for a while and no one's coming to repair them". Would have been good to have this info before I spent my money there, couldn't you at least put a sign above the broken outlets as a warning? Go to the Paul downstairs if you want working outlets, the coffee
and the pastries are nicer too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst places I ever visited in 25 years of travel. Wanted to try for once. They sell paninis but have no panini press. They just use normal oven. Fine ok.
But catastrophic attitude from staff with everyone around. In particular the cash guy who acts like he wants to quit his job any minute. Very much in hurry for the wrong reasons.
This is sad for Costa Coffee.
Terrible staff. I don't know why people chose wrong jobs and it is the genuine customer who has to endure the frustration....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't try to get something quick here if you're in a hurry for your train. A panini and a flat white was 11 minutes of waiting here. And the panini is terrible, tastes like dough. Coffee is okay and service is nice but really slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overprized and not much value for your money. Coffee tastes burnt and Greek salad for 75 CZK consist of 4 cherry tomatoes, 2 pieces of cheese, 1 cutted olive and few salad leaves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their coffee is cheaper than Starbucks but tastes good. They also had a very nice vegan option (tiramisù latte) that was delicious and many different options for plant milks.
