Т	Тетяна Чепа on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dneska jsem bohužel navštívila toto místo. Paní ( blondýna na recepci )se chovala neprofesionálně, byla na nás hnusná i když k tomu nebyl žádný důvod . Personál umí dělat svojí práci , ale to jak se chovají je neuvěřitelné. Poprosila bych manažera si dávat pozor a kontrolovat jak se chová personál k zákazníkovy. Příště tam učíte nepůjdu. A vůbec nedoporučuji ostatním, jestli tam chcete jít tak abyste byli připravený , že se k Vám budou chovat tak, jakoby jste byli nikdo. Unfortunately, I visited this place today. The lady (blonde at the reception) was behaving unprofessionally, she was disgusting to us even though there was no reason to do so. The staff can do their job, but the way they behave is incredible. I would ask the manager to be careful and control how the staff behaves towards the customer. Next time you teach I won't go there. And I don't recommend others at all if you want to go there so that you are prepared to treat you as if you were nobody.

S	Soňa Ďuráčová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cena byla vyšší ale platila jsem za to že mě vzali hned, neobjednávali mě, nečekala jsem, obarvení s konzultací, při čekání mi udělali kávičku a dostala jsem k zapůjčení časopisy pro příjemnější čekání až barva chytne. Ostříhání na výbornou. Děkuji a přijdu s radostí znovu. The price was higher but I paid for the fact that they took me right away, they didn't order me, I didn't wait, coloring with a consultation, they made me a coffee while waiting and I got magazines to borrow more pleasantly waiting for the color to catch on. Excellent haircut. Thank you and I will be happy to come again.

Většinou jsem však z kadeřnic měla pocit, že je svou návštěvou otravuji a naschvál mi (nepříjemně) říkají, že pokud chci ostříhat musím hodinu a půl čekat, i když v kadeřnictví byl jen jeden zákazník. Ve výsledku jejich výkon za ty peníze nebyl nic extra. Takže stačilo. Not this hairdresser's anymore .. I came here just because there was no need to order. Most of the time, however, I felt like I was bothering them with my visit and they deliberately (unpleasantly) tell me that if I want to get a haircut, I have to wait an hour and a half, even though there was only one customer in the hairdresser's. As a result, their performance for the money was nothing extra. So that's enough.
I	Irena Zachařová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V sobotu 22. 01. 2022 jsme ve 14:00 přišli do kadeřnictví Cut and Colour v Atriu Paláci v Pardubicích. Byla zde pouze jedna zákaznice, kterou kadeřnice barvila. Po dotazu, zda je možné ostříhat vlasy přítele nám neochotně odpověděla, že budeme muset čekat hodinu až hodinu a půl. Při odchodu jsem si všimla, že ze dveří zázemí vykoukla druhá kadeřnice, která se následně rychle schovala, abychom si jí nevšimli. Této situace jsem nebyla svědkem poprvé, proto již radši jezdím do kadeřnictví Klier v Hradci Králové. Velice mě toto mrzí, avšak úroveň tohoto kadeřnictví v poslední době velmi klesla. When asked if it was possible to cut a friend's hair, she reluctantly replied that we would have to wait an hour to an hour and a half. As I left, I noticed that a second hairdresser peeked out of the back door and hid quickly so we wouldn't notice her. I did not witness this situation for the first time, so I prefer to go to the Klier hairdresser's in Hradec Králové. I'm very sorry about this, but the level of this hairdressing has dropped a lot recently.
J	Jan Mrazek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsme se zde chtěli se synem nechat ostříhat. Já v respirátoru, syn s rouškou. Přišli jsme a slušně pozdravili, pozdravu zpět se nám nedostalo, ale to byl jen začátek. Říkám, zda bychom se mohli nechat ostříhat, načež paní zabručela "Kolik je mladýmu?" Říkám 10 let a ona na to "Musí mít respirátor". Říkám, že bohužel nemáme, že má roušku. Ona na to "musíme mít nano-roušku, nebo respirátor"!. Podotýkám, že ona neměla na obličeji vůbec nic. Na odpor jsem se nezmohl, tak jsme se rozloučili a odešli. Nechali jsme se ostříhat jinde, kde nám dokonce umožnili být při stříhání bez roušek. Navíc o polovinu levněji. Sem už nikdy nepáchnu. A to říkám jako člověk, který se u této firmy nechá stříhat bez přestávky minimálně deset let. Chápu, že jsou nějaká pravidla, ale i to jde sdělit slušně a asertivně a ne agresivně a arogantně jak to předvedla tato paní kadeřnice. Takže za mě, sbohem a šáteček. Nikdy více. I'm saying we can get a haircut, and the lady growled, "How old is she?" I say 10 years and she says "Must have a respirator". I'm saying unfortunately we don't have a veil. She said, "We have to have a nano-veil or a respirator." I note that she had nothing on her face at all. I couldn't resist, so we said goodbye and left. We got a haircut elsewhere, where we even allowed us to be without veils when cutting. Plus, half cheaper. I will never smell here. And I say that as a person who can be cut by this company without a break for at least ten years. I understand that there are some rules, but even that can be said politely and assertively and not aggressively and arrogantly, as this hairdresser has shown. So for me, goodbye and scarf. Never more.

How you can bring more customers if you can't even give a smile that's the most important for one business. If you are not happy with your job. Why you don't stop it. If I were your boss I will not hiring this two women. I think they also cheating with the prices because I am a foreigner.
