I am satisfied with the bank and I think this is the best branch, especially Maryna is very nice and can give good advice. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokoušel jsem se na tuto pobočku dovolat 3× za sebou v pracovní den (pátek) po 9. hodině, nikdo mi to nezvedl. Byl jsem trpělivý, nechal jsem to zvonit dokud se spojení nepřerušilo. Mrzí mě to, protože při osobním kontaktu jsou všichni příjemní a vstřícní, ale někdy stačí krátká informace po telefonu.
I tried to call this branch 3 times in a row on a working day (Friday) after 9 o'clock, no one told me. I was patient, I let it ring until the connection broke. I'm sorry, because everyone is nice and helpful in personal contact, but sometimes a short information over the phone is enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand why this branch store of Equa Bank has such a low rating. After so many years using this bank's services, I am still very satisfied. In the early days, I had to use the Czech Post office to deposit cash, nowadays you can use the deposit ATM, so no more time needed to fill in those forms :-). The only thing, I think could be improve is to implement more of these machines, because right now, there are only two of them in Prague, which is quite annoying for people living in other parts of Prague.
As for the staff, each time I needed help, they were very kind and professional. I really like that for such a niche player in the field, Equabank tries really hard to have the latest and greatest tech in Banking and Finance, and they keep innovating their services. They were one of the few banks in Czech to first introduce Apple Pay and so on.
The iPhone App is top notch, and the Web App is great and functional, but I think it could have some design overhaul, but that's just my nitpicked opinion.
It was recently announced, that Equabank was acquired by Raiffeisen Group. I hope this purchased is going to make this Bank even stronger and more innovative!
Overall, I can totally recommend this branch store and Equabank services!!!
