★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is basically a family-run mini zoo. They've recently renovated the place, and extended the exhibits. There's like 3 tigers, 4 freely roaming parrots, ring-tailed lemurs with 2 baby lemurs (born in early summer of 2019), lots of ducks, and even monkeys!
The place doesn't smell almost at all, there's a restaurant with a bar, and even on-site parking!
It's an awesome place to visit, you'll probably spend an entire afternoon in there, because it's great! Just don't pet every animal. Some of them are real jerks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently it's the smallest zoo in CR, but the manages to do a lot with what they have. The two tigers and puma are particularly impressive. Some of the bigger exotic birds get to show off their magnificent plumage in free-kick flight, something you don't get to see very often. The place is well kept and the inmates appear to live in good surroundings. Food and refreshments on-site, but there's also a very nice restaurant a 10 minute stroll just down the road and you can always head back to the zoo again afterwards to see if the tigers have woken from their morning slumber.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible place and much more than we expected. Macaw parrots are flying freely from the big tree to the surrounding area. Watch out what is around you, we were quite surprised by a giant turtle at our feet :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was expecting a little petting zoo. Holy cow! This is one of the coolest zoos big or small I've ever seen! A lemur tried to steal my camera! Two parrots got in a fight! A mackaw used someone's head as a perch! Go here go here go here, yes go here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very positive surprised by visiting this animal fauna park. This is for me how to show people who are not able to visit these animals in there Natural envoriment. Park is very clean, animals look in good shape and iT looks they are happy. Also the free flight for Aras is very impressive, and the way the owner handled with the animals is very impressive. Hurray hurray hurray from a Nizozemsko fan.
