Přišel jsem s bolestí v bederní páteři. Proběhla mobilizace páteře a kyčlí, elektroléčba postižené oblasti. Na závěr pár cviků, které pan Benda detailně vysvětlí a nahraje na váš mobil s komentářem, takže je nezapomente hned po odchodu, jak to tak bývá:)
 Perfect approach.
I came with pain in my lumbar spine. There was a mobilization of the spine and hips, electrotherapy of the affected area. Finally, a few exercises, which Mr. Benda will explain in detail and upload to your mobile with a comment, so do not forget them right after leaving, as usual :)
