V tu chvíli však můžete místo reklamace očekávat pouze samé sliby, ale žádné činy. 2 měsíce čekáme na nový pant na mrazící skříň a jediné, čeho se od pana Bílka dočkáte je, že se vám ozve, že zjistí jak to vypadá, samé kecy ?
