★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dodání pro mou babičku a dědu bylo strašně dlouhé a stejně po dodání, neodpovídalo objednanému a dodanému množství. Roky po objednání u jiných dodavatelů, při objednávce 80 q, byl plný sklep. Nyní u této firmy byl sklep zaplněn z poloviny! Objednání uhlí bylo v březnu, dodání v srpnu! Po této zkušenosti už nikdy! ROZHODNĚ NEDOPORUČUJEME!
The delivery for my grandmother and grandfather was terribly long and even after the delivery, it did not correspond to the ordered and delivered quantity. Years after ordering from other suppliers, when ordering 80 q, the cellar was full. Now at this company, the cellar was half full! Coal was ordered in March, delivery in August! After this experience never again! DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednáno 100 metráků, po vyložení se nám zdálo že je uhlí méně, ale byli jsme ujištěni že dodaná kvantita odpovídá, ale nyní se zjistilo že chybělo alespoň 20 metráků, proto velmi nedoporučuji.
Ordered 100 meters, after unloading it seemed to us that the coal is less, but we were assured that the quantity supplied corresponds, but now it has been found that at least 20 meters were missing, so I do not highly recommend.
