Allora iniziamo per punti questa recensione: 1 prezzo molto onesto 2 per il prezzo è ha 5/10 minuti a piedi da stare mesto e mala strana. 3 gli ambienti sarebbero da rinfrescare in particolar modo le scale dove in alcuni punti il corrimano rischia di staccarsi dalla parete. 4 la stanza matrimoniale piccola materassi singoli uniti ma non da lenzuola e piumone matrimoniale. Bensì ogni materasso ha il suo copriletto il suo piumone senza lenzuola. 5 la pulizia della camera lascia a desiderare, dopo la prima notte siamo stati noi, ha richiedere la pulizia della stanza ed alcuni rotoli di carta igienica, il risultato è stato che la signora delle pulizie a ripiegato solamente i piumoni e la sera alle 22 mi è toccato chiedere la carta igienica alla reception al quanto arrabbiato. 6 alla reception si danno il cambio 5 persone tutti molto gentili tranne l'uomo con la coda che al, nostro arrivo a fatto una parte a mia moglie perché mentre parlava indossava la mascherina. Bastava dire gentilmente che in rep. Ceca non c'è più l'obbligo della mascherina. 7 colazione a buffet calda e fredda gestita dal e nella sala del ristorante giapponese accanto all'albergo. Tutto buono ma il martedì giorno di chiusura del ristorante la colazione ve la danno alla reception modello takeway da mangiare nella sala del ristorante con acqua calda diventata fredda pereaparata la sera avanti dal ristorante così come il "caffè". Tutto ciò che non mangi lo riporti nella confezione takeway alla reception e le tazze e le altre cose le lasci nel tavolo. Ci sono stato durante il periodo pasquale con mia moglie se non avete tante pretese si sta discretamente l hotel è molto silenzioso

Clean and nice rooms. Elias at the front desk is so helpful and friendly, he is amazing. Definitely would recommend

Very nice and kind in reception/service ,clean and warm rooms with TV and wifi, and good breakfast in the morning. Awesome location 10min walking to reach the center or bridges. Cannot ask for more

Its ok. Very basic with comfy big bed and good wifi. The bathroom heating and ventilation did not really work :(

My experience: When we step into the room we realised immediately that there were less than 15 degrees. The heater machine on the 3rd floor was down. A problem can happen, but is the way how you solve it. The girl at the reception we found when we arrived was completely out of mind. Never experienced something like that. She didn’t accepted my proposal for refund and leave the hotel (even if it was 1 am and I had to look for another place to stay) nor gave us another room. Luckily the following morning her shift ended and the guy at the reception acted immediately as another room was available since the previous night. I hope that the girl will discover that isn’t the right job for her, she was embarrassing. The breakfast is a little poor comparing to the standards I found in my other trips. I was expecting at least a refund for the first night, but seems to be no decisional power and I involved Booking.com

Cigaret smoke was getting to my room through the windows from the smoking area outside, other than that a nice and interesting hotel.

It's really cute. The crew is nice, the room and place is ok everything is in the near. I like it.

Great location (tram stops directly outside of the entrance), clean room, friendly helpful staff. Not wheelchair accessible as there no lift but that didn't affect us. Free breakfast included was quite different but nice all the same. Would appreciate a fan or air-conditioning for staying during the summer months as had to sleep with the skylight windows open and it was quite noisy on the street.
