The hotel is clean and warm but extremely basic. I cannot express this enough. Zero facilities as they claim. However this is not the issue. I have travelled all over the world staying from anything from a shack on a beach in Thailand to the burj in dubai. I regularly stay 5 star, don't mind a 1 star. But. Never in life have I met such rude staff. It is the staff that make me hate this hotel more than it probably deserves. Do not stay here. The staff do not deserve it.

I had the worst experience in this hotel! They didn't clean the room and basics things like toilets paper were missing. And the worst in this hotel were the receptions girls, they were disrespectful and far way of being polite and kind. My agency has paid for our staying in this hotel and they started complaining that we need to pay cash because they were not able to verify the payment that has been done through the credir card. If anyone wants to go on vacations in Prague, pkease do not go in this hotel. They are going to ruin your vacations.

Total disappointment! The hallways and the rooms had an unbearable odor - 3* rating. I requested change and was told hat for an extra fee I can have a 4* room. Somewhat surprised that a hotel has two different star rating I paid the extra fee. The room did not stink, however the pillows - and I did ask for the exchange which I did not get in 4 nights stay, were very "lumpy" and thin. had to fold them in half to be able to use them. By the way, the daily clean service never once touched the pillows while "making" the bed. I requested twice for the tub to be cleaned - that request was ignored. The chair had no stuffing and was impossible to sit on because the cross-bar was hurting me. Looking out my window, the trash below was not picked up for 5 days, the pile just got bigger, I watched the cleaning lady "mop" a long hallway - both sides of the carpet, without even once washing the mop. Downstairs toilet was an utter disgrace, and the list goes on and on, and on......

Terrible service spirit staffs of women at reception.(I think a devil stays in her mind.) I am a Japanese male traveler, and used a single room for 3 nights. When I checked in, I asked a reception if I can change the room from given hotel front side at basement( where buses and cars are come and go, and drunk people come back sometimes shouting late in the evening, and the curtains can't be opened because if it is opened, the room will be see through from outside on ground floor), but was declined with reason of fully booked situation. The following morning at 10am, I confirmed that the other side of single room was vacant and cleaned up, I asked again if I can change the room with the vacant room. I was told, all rooms are booked. But explained that I saw the vacancy room. She explained to me that if I change the room, my room has to be arranged for someone and they don't have time to do it. But it's 10AM in the morning, and check in is from 14pm, so they have 4 hours. We argued the same topic repeatedly for a minute, and finally I asked her for refunding the booking of my room, and leave the hotel. After hearing it, she silently took a key for the single room in vacant, and left it without saying anything in front of me.I can't believe this attitude could happen by a service provider of hotel in anywhere in the world.I guess that the hotel is trying to put the asians in worse condition rooms. There were another asians(probably Koreans) on the same front side of hotel. Racisim exists in this country, and that's done by hotel which require a fair spirits and servicing mind.If you want to travel comfortably, you can find much better hotels in Prague at $3-5 up with much much superior breakfast.(breakfast quality is poor compared to ***y hotel breakfast in Prague.) I used standard rooms in the past in this hotel, and those rooms are ok because they are at the back side of hotel. The focus is the single rooms, and especially basement. You can't feel comfortable in a little dark room in winter, and you can't open window and curtains for security reason if you care about outside.

The hotel is big and offers huge amount of rooms. Ideal of sportive kids and families. The rooms are nice, in my one the power outlets were hard to find and the cushions were terrible - super soft, like you don't have one under your head. The bathroom is nice, there is hot water. The breakfast is all-inclusive like. The rooms are medium sized(double one in this case). Overall nice hotel.

l stayed for 4 nights and found it was safe & the service was good which suited me fine. The hotel location was very near the tram stop and for 25ck you get to the city centre. There were restaurants within 2-3 minute walking distance. The room was basic and clean with daily cleaning and change of towels. The receptionists were helpful and courteous therefore l give this hotel 4 stars.

Very good price/quality ratio. The rooms were good for the price and the hygienic services were great. The cheapest location found on an online booking website, that did satisfy our expectations. We wanted to have just a bed and breakfast location at a relatively low price, and that was perfect for us (we were 4 teens on a 5 night holiday). Excellent connection with public transport. If we'll stay again, we will chose it ?
