M	Michal Miki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubytování je řešeno třemi budovami hlavní budova, chata Roubenka a chata Diana. Chata Diana děs. Zanedbané špinavé a zapáchající pokoje. Chata Roubenka lepší, ale standardu hotelu se ani neublíží. Hlavní budova je kapitola sama pro sebe. Zápach z kanalizace. Staré rozvrzané postele. Jídlo to nejlevnější co seženete, podle toho to vypadá. Správce se neustále tváří, že ho všichni obtěžují a neustále vám připomíná jak máte výbornou cenu za Ubytování a Jídlo. Jediná recepční z Ukrajiny se snaží, ale to nemůže přebít negativní zkušenost s tímto "hotelem". Accommodation is solved by three buildings, the main building, cottage Roubenka and cottage Diana. Cottage Diana terror. Neglected dirty and smelly rooms. Cottage Roubenka better, but the standard of the hotel will not hurt. The main building is a chapter in itself. Odor from sewers. Old ripped beds. Food is the cheapest you can get, it looks like that. The caretaker constantly pretends that everyone is bothering him and constantly reminds you how excellent you are for Accommodation and Food. The only receptionist from Ukraine is trying, but it can not overcome the negative experience with this "hotel".
P	Petr Fulka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Místo moc hezké, ale ubytovací prostory zbytečně zanedbané, hotelem bych to teda nenazýval. Chtělo by to investovat více do úklidu pokojů a do údržby zařízení. A vyměnit personál kuchyně. Až na velmi světlé výjimky jako povedené polévky a třeba vepřo-knedlo-zelo je to jedna velká tragédie. Jídlo často buď bez chuti a invence, občas až po zcela nechutný "blivajz". Je to škoda, ale třeba se to časem zlepší. The place is very nice, but the accommodation is unnecessarily neglected, so I wouldn't call it a hotel. It would like to invest more in room cleaning and equipment maintenance. And replace the kitchen staff. With very bright exceptions such as hilarious soups and, for example, pork-dumpling-veal, this is one big tragedy. The food is often either tasteless and inventive, sometimes up to a completely disgusting "blivajz". It's a shame, but maybe it will get better over time.
F	Filip Kuthan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefunguje Wi-Fi, moc krásný výhled na Žalý, moc dobrý Kozel, rodinná atmosféra, teplo, místo na parkování, za cenu snídaně bych očekával mnohem více, dobrá večeře, cítíte se jako doma. Wi-Fi does not work, very beautiful view of Žalý, very good Kozel, family atmosphere, warmth, parking space, for the price of breakfast I would expect much more, good dinner, you feel at home.

Všude je cítit plíseň a zápach všeho možného, což je lepší si ani nepředstavovat z čeho všeho to může být..... Dlouhá desetiletí absolutně žádná investice nebo rekonstrukce čehokoliv, vyjma venkovního obložení z příjezdu od silnice (zřejmě pro potřebu fotografií na nabídku na internet). Jídlo by se v případě, že by se člověk neštílil sednout na neuvěřitelně špinavé židle plné mastných fleků, chlupů, apod. a obdobně nechutných ubrusů asi dalo (dle vzhhledu), ale v těchto podmínkách to opravdu nešlo pozřít.... Takže všem radíme se tomuto zařízení velikým obloukem vyhnout!! Naše dcera to ohodnotila slovy "HNUS, ŠPÍNA, FUJ" Only very briefly - incredible dirt both in the rooms, in the restaurant and in the common areas. So we all advise you to avoid this device with a big arc !! Our daughter rated it with the words "HNUS, ŠPÍNA, FUJ"
s	supa kila on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prochcana matrace, špatně jídlo. Teče záchod, koupelna furt mokrá(není naše chyba). Stracely se věci. Prostě hrůza, nedoporučuju. Prochcana mattress, bad food. The toilet is flowing, the bathroom is still wet (it's not our fault). Things were missing. Just horror, I don't recommend.
P	Petr Smolek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S hotelem to nemá nic společného! Odebral bych toto oslovení HOTEL. Čas se tu asi zastavil před mnoha lety. Ubytování, pokojík pro 3 osoby - malí. Koupelna+záchod jedno světlo, žádné poličky, háčky aj. Restaurace ani průměr pro hotel. Jídlo průměr. Po chodbách (hlavní budova)je cítit zatuchlost. Chtěli jsme si půjčit kulečník, prý když si sundáme těžkou desku, která stůl zakrývala, tak by to prý šlo... a další a další. Třeba investovat.... vážení co jste dělali během Covidu. Tolik času se hotelu věnovat, ale to je vlastně Vaše věc. Jsme tu jen přes víkend a stačí... děkujeme. It has nothing to do with the hotel! I would remove this address from HOTEL. Time probably stopped here many years ago. Accommodation, room for 3 people - small. Bathroom + toilet one light, no shelves, hooks, etc. Restaurant or average for the hotel. Food average. You can feel stale in the corridors (main building). We wanted to rent a pool table, said that if we took off the heavy board that covered the table, it would be possible ... and more and more. Need to invest ... dear what you did during Covid. So much time is spent at the hotel, but that's actually your business. We're only here for the weekend and that's enough ... thank you.

Just cold watter, not possible to make a sower after 6PM. At all bad feeling. not places who want a good services. The services are luke 1 star hostel.
