★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reklamace produktu Bosch (baterie) v záruce, pořízeno v e-shopu. Prodavač mi bez uvedení důvodu sdělil, že reklamaci vyřizovat nebude. Zjevně se mu do toho nechtělo. Neprofesionální jednání a neochota ze strany obsluhy. Tento obchod tedy nedoporučuji. Po návštěvě jiné autorizované prodejny v Praze byla reklamace bez problémů přijata.
Warranty product warranty Bosch, purchased in the e-shop. The seller told me without giving a reason that he would not handle the claim. Apparently he didn't want to. Unprofessional behavior and unwillingness by the operator. I do not recommend this shop. After a visit to another authorized shop in Prague, the complaint was accepted without any problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super obchod, sháněl sem ořech 34mm, pořídil jsem ho za velmi slušnou cenu, tak 4x nizsi než v hornbachu atp... pokud vám něco chybí zajděte se podívat nejdříve sem než začnete objednávat něco z netu a nebo hledat ve větších obchodech .. :)
Super shop, I was looking for a 34mm nut, I bought it at a very decent price, so 4x lower than in Hornbach, etc. ... if you miss something, look here before you order something from the net or search in larger stores ..: )

I had some lawnmower blades and grass shears sharpened here, and sharpened in a week on Monday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V prodejně jsem byl 2x, vždy jsem potřeboval něco speciálního, pán pokaždé sáhnul na příslušné místo a dotyčnou věc vytáhl. Za mě maximální spokojenost. Malý obchůdek, ale dobře zásobený.
I was in the store twice, I always needed something special, the gentleman always reached the appropriate place and pulled out the thing in question. Maximum satisfaction for me. Small shop, but well stocked.

Velky vyber, ochotna a informovana obsluha. Vyplati se zeptat, co maji zrovna ve sleve.
Lot of tools and machines in store, from hobby to proffesional standards. Well informed friendly personel, I recommend asking for discounts or special prices.
