★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V kanceláři jsou dvě paní, jedna je velice příjemná v komunikaci, vstřícná a případně muže něco vysvětlit/poradit. Druhá paní (se zrzavými vlasy, sedí vlevo od okna) je přesným opakem, nepříjemná v komunikaci, nevstřícná a působí strašně arogantně. Moje babička z ní má stejné pocity. Možná paní je odbornice, ale základy komunikace se zákazníkem nemá od slova vůbec. Kvůli této paní budu radši chodit někam jinam.
There are two ladies in the office, one is very pleasant in communication, helpful and can possibly explain / advise. The other lady (with red hair, sitting to the left of the window) is the exact opposite, uncomfortable in communication, unfriendly and looks terribly arrogant. My grandmother has the same feelings about her. Maybe the lady is an expert, but she doesn't have the basics of communication with the customer from the word at all. Because of this lady, I'd rather go somewhere else.
