★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně žádná komunikace, firemní technik špatně utáhl vnitřní rozvody kohoutů čímž došlo k zatopení šachty a poškození protiproudu, filtračního motoru a elektroinstalace , dodán špatný zpětný ventil ve přelivové nádržy proto přeliv nefungoval , namontováná špatná vysavačová tryska, při urgenci ať daji bazén do pořádku nikdo nereagoval, museli jsme tedy vše znovu zaplatit a pozvat jinou firmu. S touhle rádoby firmou už nikdy víc!
Absolutely no communication, company technician badly tightened internal taps, which flooded the shaft and damaged the countercurrent, filter motor and wiring, supplied a bad check valve in the overflow tank, so the overflow did not work, mounted a bad vacuum nozzle , so we had to pay everything again and invite another company. Never again with this would-be company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od začátku máme s bazénem problémy, protože hned po první zimě jsme zjistili, že bazén teče. Opravy ani jednou nepomohly, bazén teče stále, tzn. každý rok nová voda, nová sůl a pouze další a další náklady. Je dost velký problém se s majitelem firmy spojit, na e-mail neodpovídá a telefon nezvedá. Takže naše zkušenost s firmou Neuman plast je špatná a rozhodně je nemůžu nikomu doporučit a to jak kvůli špatné kvalitě jejich bazénů, tak i kvůli chování jejího majitele.
We have had problems with the pool from the beginning, because right after the first winter we found out that the pool was flowing. Repairs did not help once, the pool is still flowing, ie. every year new water, new salt and only more and more costs. It is quite a big problem to contact the business owner, he does not answer the e-mail and the phone does not answer. So our experience with Neuman plast is bad and I definitely can't recommend it to anyone, both because of the poor quality of their pools and because of the behavior of its owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bazén o tloušťce 8mm. Spokojenost a hlavně osobní přístup . Majitel se k problému postavil .Problém jsem měl ovšem já .Nemusel ho řešit.Děkuji za lidský přístup.
