★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do Normy moc nechodím, protože nikde poblíž neni. Ve Stodůlkách zrušili a dnes jsme náhodou objevili v sídlišti Řepy. Jinak Normu mám ráda, má super zboží, převážně německé, dobré ceny a trochu jiný sortiment zboží, mělo by jich být víc (prodejen).
I don't go to Norma much, because it's nowhere near. They canceled in Stodůlky and today we accidentally discovered them in the Řepy housing estate. Otherwise, I like Norma, she has great goods, mostly German, good prices and a slightly different range of goods, there should be more (stores).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vytáčí mne, když není zboží řádně označeno cenovkou a nikde nikdo, koho bych se mohl zeptat. Stává se mi to zde PRAVIDELNĚ. Také když prodavačka na kase při markování ukrajinsky mluví do telefonu, který drží pořád u ucha a mezitím se snaží mluvit i na mne ohledně placení... to na profesionalitě a počtu hvězdiček nepřidá. Jinak sortiment standardní a výhoda, že je to kousek od domu.
It turns me off when the goods aren't properly labeled and there's no one I can ask. It happens to me here REGULAR. Also, when the cashier speaks in Ukrainian at the cash register while holding the phone, which she keeps to my ear and in the meantime tries to talk to me about paying ... it doesn't add to the professionalism and number of stars. Otherwise, the assortment is standard and the advantage of being a short walk from the house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not a place to do your daily shopping. The layout is annoying, since it forces you to walk through the entire store to get to cash registers. However it's perfect when you forget one or two things in a real supermarket. I've never waited in line for more than a minute.
