Nicely renovated hotel, great location.

There are so many things to highlight. First of all the people as they're creating your experience. In every singular part of this hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. This is a big achievement when it comes to people management. For sure management does a great job. I can not find any obstacles to give them less than 5 stars. Even elevators working fast :) PS. Lady is responsible for reservation is the nicest one I have ever met!

Lovely newly refurbished hotel. Excellent staff, food and views, nice clean and cosy rooms. Basic nice spa for free, lovely bar and restaurant. Enjoyed myself very much a and definitely coming back in the winter or summer. Absolutely loved it. Recommend.

+ great and beautiful buffet restaurant - rich breakfasts, tasty wine, beautiful views, good service + beautiful reception desk - we've got a good basic info introduction after check-in - terrible smell in the corridors and mainly in the room (I guess, it's the carpet in the combination with the waste in the bathroom) -> we asked them on reception to solve this matter, to get rid of the smell or change our room, they came into the room and perfumed it with some other terrible smell trying to cover it, so it got even worse - horrible bed with two mattresses that slide apart so you always wake up in a hole in between them -> uncomfortable duvets and pillows - rooms are not soundproof so you can hear the noise through the walls but mainly through the door -> this is an important point since the hotel is a FAMILY hotel so there is like hundred children running and screaming around from 5 AM, so we were underslept every day - wellness is always totally full with adults and their kids and there are only saunas where swimsuit is mandatory inside are available that is definitely not healthy -> it is necessary to purchase entrance to the Business Wellness for an additional 500czk/day/person to go to the sauna without the swimsuit - poorly designed bar with bartenders that are not able to create a good drink - poor Yellow Point ski rental in the hotel - I do not recommend renting cross-country skis here, the gentleman from the rental shop claimed that weight does not matter at all in the case of cross-country skis, so it seemed that he lends random sizes to borrow what he has currently at his disposal no matter the needs of the customer - during the check-out, after informing the receptionist that none of the problems was solved and the stay was terrible, we didn't even get an apology ! We will never come again

Overall hotel is nice. Room was small, but had all features we needed. But there was no shampoo at the bathroom, which in my mind should be for free in all 4* hotels. Too much staff in dining area, who ask if they can take your empty plate 5 times a meal.

Great front desk service. Nice pool and sauna. Amazing breakfast. A bit overpriced.
