Nedej bože, aby jste onemocněli o víkendu a v pondělí se chtěli nechat ošetřit. Přišel jsem bez objednání jako první pacient a čekal až do konce ordinační doby. Objednat se kvůli akutním potížím shledavam jako nemožné. K praktickému lékaři by měla být vždy možnost zajít kdykoliv i bez objednávky. Crazy waiting time for treatment. It is said that only to order and also orders go an hour after their time. You have to order a pandemic in any case. God forbid you get sick on the weekends and want to be treated on Mondays. I came without an order as the first patient and waited until the end of the office period. I find ordering impossible due to acute problems. It should always be possible to see a general practitioner at any time without an order.
M	Miky Matějovicová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měla jsem napsaného pana doktora jako zaskok za mou doktorku.... 2,5 hodiny v čekárně kdy sestřička absolutně ignorovala ťukání na dveře a když náhodou vyšla na záchod (už bylo dokonce po ordinační době) tak mi řekla, že nechápe co tu dělám, tak jsem ji řekla s chraplavym hlasem, že už tu sedím dlouho (měla jsem čepy v krku, bylo mi na zvracení), ještě hodinu před koncem ordinační doby, a že jsme byli domluvené, že mám přijít. A ona že musím na pohotovost, že pan doktor už tu není a že nechápe, že jsem se neozvala, hlavně že je tam cedule NEKLEPAT SESTRA PRAVIDELNĚ VYCHÁZÍ. To ani omylem! Nevyšla ani jednou se zeptat, zda tu někdo je k panu doktorovi. Klepala jsem celkem 5x jak před koncem ordinační doby tak i pár minut po ní, ani se neobtezovala vyjít a říct, že mají zavřeno. Jaký je pan doktor nevím, jelikož jsem se k němu nedostala, takže hodnotím ordinaci celkově podle tohoto (pro mě absolutně) nelidského, bezohledného a necitelného přístupu. Příště radši pojedu na pohotovost rovnou. Zlatá paní doktorka Dalecká i její sestřička! And she has to go to the emergency room, that the doctor is no longer here and that she doesn't understand that I didn't answer, especially that there is a sign. Not by mistake! She never once asked if anyone was here with the doctor. I knocked a total of 5 times both before the end of the office and a few minutes after it, and she didn't even bother to go out and say they were closed. I don't know what the doctor is, because I didn't get to him, so I evaluate the surgery in general according to this (for me absolutely) inhuman, ruthless and insensitive approach. Next time I'd better go to the emergency room straight away. Golden Lady Dr. Dalecká and her sister!
