Dojem bohužel trochu kazí přístup k účtování - ceny snídaní neodpovídaly cifře uvedené na jejich webové stránce, takže lépe se na všechno raději zeptat. ;-) Favorable location, nicely renovated guest house, beautiful rooms. Unfortunately, the impression spoils the billing approach a bit - the breakfast prices did not match the numbers on their website, so it is better to ask everything. ;-)
M	Mara Lajtkep on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásné prostředí a dobrá obsluha. Penzion je čistý a udržovaný, je vidět, že se obsluha snaží. Moc hezky strávená dovolená! Je to sice trochu bokem od hlavních turistických tras, ale i tak se dá v pohodě dojít pěšky do Branné nebo Starého Města. Beautiful environment and good service. The guest house is clean and well maintained, it can be seen that the staff is trying. Very nice holiday! It is a bit away from the main tourist routes, but you can still walk to Branná or the Old Town.

J	Jaroslav Masin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednali jsme si pres booking ubytovani, booking potvrdil a kdyz jsme se ptali, v kolik muzeme prijet, pani sdelila, ze na jednu noc to neexistuje, ze o to nema zajem a ze s bookingem jsou jen potize. Byla dost nevybirava, bez omluvy. Resime s bookingem We booked through booking accommodation, confirmed the booking and when we asked what time we could arrive, the lady said that it did not exist for one night, that she was not interested and that there were only problems with booking. She was rather indiscriminate, without apology. Booking time

W	Whiny Gold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of this place really isn't cool, even though she smiles at you but when you ask for something from her, for example you can't open the door because they're a bit tougher and she has to show you how to open them, she gives you such look that you're afraid to look at her ever again. Services not as promised on the website, things getting removed from the website while we were staying here without no notification to us whatsoever. In a room for 4 people you only get 2 towels because the other two beds are just extras even though it's advertised as 4 beds. Breakfast very repetitive, not suitable for longer stays. The only positive is that the rooms were nice ... if you're lucky enough to get the one you ordered.
D	Daniel Da Costa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing guest house in a middle of the Jeseniky mountains. Close to ski slopes and good for mountain bike. The guest had a lot of amenities and very clean. It was very cosy. Good for relaxing and outdoor activities.
M	Milodar Bavic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guest house is nicely renovated building. All is modern and correct but some unique feeling is missing. You can move it anywhere. You can use wellnes zone, eat and drink, the price list is missing on the website or booking email. What is quite strange to be asked to pay for some chipped wood, small bag from Ikea for 200 CZK. Well, when you barbecue a few špekáček sausages with you family, its quite expensive dinner. Better to bring some logs from your home. Maybe when personnel write "You are welcome" on each log, you can buy them as souvenir.
