Dobře si ověřte rychlost ve špičce na vašem místě, u nás šla časem tak dolů, že jsme museli přejít jinam, žádné urgence, prosby ani telefony nepomohly a to v řádu mnoha let. Rychlost 12, 6, ale ve špičce i jen několik Mbit. Ještě upozorňuji, že tím že si neplatíte žádný konkrétní datový tarif, ale jste jen členem spolku, nemáte garanci jakékoliv rychlosti z nařízení EU. Když internet nejde 2 dny a vy potřebujete pracovat, 3x voláte a žádáte o vyřešení a nic se nestane, je to potom docela drahý "levný internet". Common connection issues. P	Pavel Strousek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S internetem na Borech spokojenost, ale po přestěhování na Slovany jsem čekal přes 4 měsíce na připojení internetu (nespolehlivá domluva s technikem, neustálé odsouvání připojení). Internet stále od 22.9., kdy byl přidělen technik, nebyl připojen. Měl jsem řešit jiného poskytovatele ihned, když nebyl dodržen slíbený termín.Urgování na podpoře i u technika k ničemu. D	DavidPlays on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kdyz jsem mel pilsfree na lochotine tak to byla naprosta špička, prestehoval jsem se k zimáku a tady je to katastrofa posledni cca rok. nestabilni vypadavajici internet no proste hruza, kdyz volate na helpdesk ze mate obrovskej ping tak spravce (ocividne clovek na svem miste) zjistuje muj ping tim ze se pta ostatnich najemniku jak jde net jim... kdyz ho vetsina ma tak max na e-mail a novinky cz. Nakonec problemy s pingem ustali. Posledni pul rok mi internet ve spicce vypadava uplne, kdyz volam na helpdesk tak je podle nich chyba u me a chteji mi poslat technika za 500/h +doprava. jojo díky moc za pomoc. Nejhorsi je ze ani neni kam utect páč neco jako o2 nebo podobny odpad je snad jeste horsi. For the last half year, the internet has been completely complete for me when I call the helpdesk, so according to them, I have a mistake and I want to send me a technician for 500 / h + transport. jojo thanks a lot for the help. Nešel mi internet, paní na help desku neprojevila žádnou snahu mi pomoci a odbyla mě s tím, že přípojový bod je v pořádku a abych restartoval muj HW. Zavolal jsem druhý den, naštěstí jsem mluvil s pánem, ktery potrvdil, že přípojový bod zlobí, kontaktoval správce a do 30 minut už mi internet opět šel. Skutečnost, že nemáte smlouvu a v podstate internet máte pouze pokud zaplatíte členský příspěvek, je pro mě osobně velká výhoda PilsFree. Unfortunately, the help desk depends on who you are talking to. I called the next day, fortunately I talked to the gentleman, who confirmed that the connection point was angry, contacted the administrator and within 30 minutes the internet went back to me. The fact that you do not have a contract and basically only have internet if you pay a membership fee is a great advantage for me personally PilsFree.
