Boli veľmi ústretoví, aj komunikácia z ich strany bola veľmi profesionálna a pomohli mi vyriešiť problém s finančnou úhradou za môj tovar, ktorý som si na tejto stránke po prvý krát objednala. Ďakujem aj touto cestou za vybavenie objednávky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přišel mi jiný typ zboží, než který jsem požadovala a zaplatila za něj, doručení navíc řešeno přes zásilkovnu, kde mi bylo řečeno, že po rozbalení zboží nelze vrátit zpět. Proč asi. Takže za mě jeden velký podvod a nedoporučuji!
I received a different type of goods than the one I requested and paid for, the delivery was also handled through the mailroom, where I was told that after unpacking the goods can not be returned. Why maybe. So one big scam for me and I don't recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud jste si objednali zboží a zadali vyzvednutí na tomto výdejním místě tak Nemusíte mít obavy že to nenajdete. V popisu to možná může znít složitě, ale velmi snadno se výdejní místo najde. je to opravdu pár kroků od zastávky. celkově velmi dobrý dojem určitě doporučuji

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobré ceny,při hledání nejlepší ceny na internetu jsou nejlevnější prodejny v Praze ale jelikož preferují pouze osobní odběr tak z Prahy nic posílat nechci a tady je to vždy cenově jasná volba. Na heurece se objevují v první desítce pokud mají to co hledám. Kupoval jsem chytré hodinky a v ceně oproti jiným prodejcům u nás byl rozdíl 1000Kč a to už je teda pěkný rozdíl. Zboží bylo skladem tak jsem si ho mohl hned vyzvednout. Není nic na co bych si mohl stěžovat, vše proběhlo v pořádku. Pokud něco hledáte, určitě mrkněte i tady,třeba vás taky překvapí lepší cena. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji obchod. Zvolila jsem jej, protože jsem si chtěla koupit obyčejná sluchátka za normální cenu. Ovšem přišly mi sluchátka v plastovém obale, zavázaném gumičkou, což byl první šok.
Druhý byl, když jsem je vytáhla ven a sluchátka byla přelámaná u konektorů a sluchátek. Používat se tedy nedají a vracení sluchátek, posílání a investování dalších peněz a času je pro mě nevýhodné.
Jediná výhoda byla rychlost odeslání, to je asi tak všechno.
Každopádně to je jen má zkušenost, ostatní takovou smůlu zřejmě mít nemusí.
I do not recommend the store. I chose it because I wanted to buy ordinary headphones for a normal price. However, I received headphones in a plastic case tied with an elastic band, which was the first shock.
The second was when I pulled them out and the headphones were broken at the connectors and headphones. So they can't be used and returning headphones, sending and investing more money and time is disadvantageous for me.
The only advantage was the speed of sending, that's about it.
Anyway, it's just my experience, others probably don't have to have such bad luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem kryt na iPhone 12 pro , přišel kryt na iPhone 12. Výměna proběhla za novy kryt který přišel v tomto stavu, tudíž absolutně nesedí ! Hned jsem psal e-mail ale už 2 měsíce se mi nikdo neozval.
OBCHOD NEDOPORUČUJI !!!!
I ordered a cover for the iPhone 12 for, a cover came for the iPhone 12. The exchange took place for a new cover that came in this condition, so it absolutely does not fit! I immediately wrote an e-mail, but no one has contacted me for 2 months.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOP !!!!
