I definitely do not recommend this company. 9.11.2021 I sent an injection for refurbishment. After a week of calling and e-mailing, writing sms told me that they could not get the part and therefore they sent it back. After a week of calling, still making promises, I'm afraid I'll never see the injection again.

Ordered turbo for a car. Professional approach to the customer, fast delivery price excellent. Everything perfectly packaged, for me one excellent company in the Czech Republic. They have a thumbs up.

Great cooperation - perfect communication and advice, the turbo came the next day, after sending the old part, a refundable deposit was credited, a credit note arrived. I have nothing to complain about. Maximum satisfaction. I recommend.

I needed to test and refurbish the injections, because the site could not proceed according to the procedure, I called the company and it was confirmed that I could bring them for inspection and refurbishment. After a week, I was told that "a few injections give more diesel than they should", that they can't refurbish, have no refurbished parts and offered me new ones. There were untrustworthy values ​​on the papers from the measurements, values ​​outside the range which were written on the paper but marked injection as fine. The agreement is incredibly tiring, communication with the customer via e-mail, no one is proactive to call and take care of the customer, the customer must contact himself several times and respond to promises. Since the measurement did not meet the standards, I called to hear that Mr. THINKED that it was still normal and fine. The fact that I paid 3 thousand for a stupid test, so this company does not even deserve a positive evaluation according to which I chose the company. You have something to work on both from a practical and professional point of view, I would expect a little "professionalism" from "professionals". Big disappointment. PS: then the gentleman calls me and slowly yells at me to give me a 3 star review and not lie. I did not come to lie and damage the company, but to express my dissatisfaction if I was satisfied and knew what I had with the injections, which I would not know if I did not call slowly every other day, so I do not write anything here.

Absolute satisfaction, perfect communication and approach, even though I had a more complicated situation with the turbo, they met me and I had a repaired turbo at home soon. I want to thank you for responding so quickly and helping me. I can only recommend the company :)

I highly recommend, the turbo looks really great, it is adjusted to the required values ​​with documentation, also very good communication and especially fast delivery and a trouble-free return on the backup ? I will order more and only from ProfiRepas.

Good day, I would like to share my own experience with profiturbo. I needed to refurbish the turbo on my Fabia II. I contacted the company and we agreed on everything we needed. The turbo was ready in a box and the company arranged a courier to pick up the shipment. Then I waited for the turbo to be ready. It was taken home after the overhaul. The car has driven with a refurbished turbo about 4,000 km and everything is in perfect order. I can recommend the company. Great communication - no problem.

Very good experience. True my first at this company, but I recommend to everyone. After the initial warm telephone communication until the return of the backup refurbishment turbo-no problems and so far absolute satisfaction. The whole exchange within max. žit  . As for the return of the deposit 1500 CZK arrived back to the account in order. Thank you. But the very feeling of a revived engine caused great satisfaction and due to the price of the new turbo GREAT SATISFACTION. After replacing the turbo, I recommend clearing the faults in the car's control unit and resetting the driving mode.
