★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Michalek nam doprasil novostavbu nevidanym způsobem. Nutno podotknout, že jsme o stavbě domu nic neveděli, ale predstavu o designu jsme měli. Stavební firma musela předelat nekolik zasadnich veci(třeba vyztuž strechy, jinak by pri navrzenem sklonu nevydržely stěny jeji tlak)
Vše obšlehnuto z jineho projektu, absolutně bez napadu, neposlechl nic z nasich pozadavků, chteli jsme obnazené trámy, vyřešil kleštinami, zaklopil sádrokartonem, v koupelnách bez vetraku, kuchyn bez digestoře, schody do patra na opačnou stranu, rozvrh místností velmi neprakticky k potencialu prostoru. Navržené materialy rozhodně neodpovidaly požadavku. Absolutně bez konzultace, vse na rychlo. Diky bohu, nás zachránila vybraná stavební firma. Bohužel spoustu věcí uz nepředeláme. Investice 3,5mil. Dodnes jsme na něj naštvaní.
Rozhodně nedoporučuji na novostavbu pokud žádáte moderni stavbu.

The construction company had to redo several important things (for example, the reinforcement of the roof, otherwise the walls would not withstand its pressure when designed)
Everything covered from another project, absolutely without idea, he disobeyed none of our requirements, we wanted exposed beams, solved with collets, closed with plasterboard, in bathrooms without a fan, kitchen without a hood, stairs to the floor to the opposite side, room layout very impractical . The proposed materials definitely did not meet the requirement. Absolutely without consultation, everything quickly. Thank God, we were saved by a selected construction company. Unfortunately, we don't redo a lot of things. Investment 3.5 mil. To this day, we are angry with him.
I definitely do not recommend it for a new building if you are looking for a modern building.
