★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto minikavárnu navštěvuji už dlouho, a dnes z ní mám smíšené pocity.
Kdysi (tak asi před 3-4 roky) jsem tu zažil pár okamžiků absolutní kávové extáze, nejlepší kávy mého života, s dokonale vyladěnou extrakcí (dokonce jsem několikrát zažil, že barista první shot vylil a udělal znovu, když nebyl spokojený s výsledkem).
Mezitím bohužel centrum rebelských aktivit odešlo z Jundrova jinam a vlajkovou lodí je kavárna ve Vlněně, a samozřejmě přišel Covid.
Během této doby se tu z toho stalo celkem běžné kávové okno pro lidi jdoucí na procházku, káva se dělá jen do kelímku (do šálku ani na vyžádání) a kvalita extrakce oproti dřívějšímu velmi vysokému standardu výrazně upadla (obsluha seká kávy jak na běžícím páse, espreso je spíš vodové a bez cremy).
Je škoda, že s tak kvalitní surovinou, jako jsou vaše kávy, se nepracuje pečlivěji a na vyšší úrovni servisu ... rebelové máte na víc !
 I have been visiting this mini-café for a long time, and today I have mixed feelings about it.
Once (about 3-4 years ago) I experienced a few moments of absolute coffee ecstasy, the best coffee of my life, with a perfectly tuned extraction (I even experienced several times that the barista poured the first shot and did it again when he was not satisfied with the result).
In the meantime, unfortunately, the center of rebel activities has left Jundro and the flagship is the cafe in Vlna, and of course Covid has arrived.
During this time, it has become a fairly common coffee window for people going for a walk, coffee is made only in a cup (in a cup or on request) and the quality of extraction compared to the previous very high standard has dropped significantly (the staff cuts coffee on a treadmill, espresso is more watery and without cream).
It is a pity that with such a high-quality raw material as your coffee, you do not work more carefully and at a higher level of service ... you have more rebels!
