★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud se vydáte do vesničky Licoměřice, malé vísky pod hřbetem Železných hor, která spádově náleží Lipovci. A proplete se úzkými uličkami, najdete u hasičské nádrže na kopečku rozhlednu mezi rodinnými domky. Která je stojícím dílem manželů Bohuňkových k radosti své i té návštěvnické.
Intuitivně by ji nejeden návštěvník hledal na vrchu, útěchou však zůstává fakt, že Vás žádný fyzicky obtížný zápřah nečeká.
Vstup do objektu není omezen vstupným ani otvírací dobou. V přízemí najdete místnost fungující coby klubovnu s posezením a krbem. Z vrchního patra se potom naskýtá pěkný výhled na Čáslavsko a Kolínsko.

Entrance to the building is not limited by entrance or opening hours. On the ground floor you will find a room that acts as a club room with a seating area and a fireplace. From the upper floor there is a nice view of the Čáslav and Kolín regions.
