At each cemetery administration (Olšany, Vinohrady, Ďáblice, Malvazinky, Bubeneč) you can do everything you need about your grave if it stands on one of the 29 cemeteries managed by SPH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TO že správa hřbitovů za 17 let ZTRATÍ UMRTNI LIST a znovu ho požaduje předložit už po několikanásobné smlouvě vidím jako slabinu Bubenečské pobočky.
Doporučuji menší a pořádnější pohřební službu. Praha je CHUJ....
I see the fact that the administration of cemeteries in 17 years will LOSE THE DEATH LIST and again request it to be submitted after a multiple contract as a weakness of the Bubeneč branch.
I recommend a smaller and more proper funeral service. Prague is Chuji ....
