Čekali jsme 10minut a potom co se neobjevil nikdo z personálu jsme odešli. We came to an empty restaurant. Also no operator. Some tables had reservations. We waited 10 minutes and after none of the staff appeared, we left.
P	Pavel Kotlík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nic moc. Obsluha pomalá, jídlo odfláknuté. Pizza Verona vcelku dobrá, ale velmi mastná. Kuřecí burger suchý a maso vysoké a takové obyč. Stůl ulepený, příbory flekaté. Salát Coleslaw zvadlý, nedochucený a s nenastrouhanými kusy mrkve. V restauraci vedro, zadýcháno a je cítit kuchyně. Evidentně jedou opět ve starých kolejích před návštěvou Pohlreicha. Nothing much. Service slow, food tacky. Pizza Verona quite good but very oily. Chicken dry burger and meat high and such a habit. Glued table, cutlery spotty. Coleslaw salad withered, unflavoured and with uncut pieces of carrots. The restaurant hot, breathed and you can smell the kitchen. Obviously they are going back in the old tracks before visiting Pohlreich.

To obnáší manipulaci s dvěma jídelními lístky a oba názvy jsou i na porcelánu. Před vstupem jsem se dokonce bál, že jsem v úplně jiném podniku. Nicméně obsluha byla velmi milá a pokud bych měl hodnotit jen steak a burger, dal bych s klidem 5 hvězd. Prostor pro zlepšení tu určitě je, ale celkově byla návštěva restaurace příjemným zážitkem Pleasant restaurant with a somewhat confusing concept of two restaurants in one (Steak Bar + Nautica Restaurant). This involves handling two menus and both names are also on porcelain. Before joining, I was even worried that I was in a completely different business. However, the service was very nice and if I was to evaluate only steak and burger, I would give 5 stars calmly. There is certainly room for improvement, but overall the visit to the restaurant was a pleasant experience

Když řekne ne, že si jej smícháte sami, dostane jej smíchaný s odpovědí, že za kuchaře ručí. Steak Vám dodají nakrájený! 6x se Vás zeptají zdali je vše v pořádku. I kdyby nebylo, čekají snad, že jim něco řeknete? Že by si člověk chtěl nadělat nějaké střevní potíže? Když před sebou nic nemáte dotazují se zdali mají odnést koření. Určitě ne, budu si kořenit své prsty. Ceny za maso nejdou pod 200 Kč, nejlevnější příloha opečený chleba 39 Kč. (koupený). Pivo za 48 Kč. Naprostý propadák. Pavel Maurer by se obracel ve vývrtce. This business is an attempt at a really bad joke. They ask whether you want a tartar mixed or not. N	Nick Alexandr Munzar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravdu vynikající jídlo, příjemné prostředí, číšnice velice milé, ochotné a usměvavé :) prázdné nádobí na stole nezůstalo ani pár minut, časté optávání, zda je vše v pořádku. Na jídlo jsme nečekali nikterak dlouho a opravdu jsme si pochutnali. Děkujeme! Určitě Vás navštívíme znovu :) Really delicious food, pleasant environment, waitress very nice, helpful and smiling :) empty dishes on the table left for a few minutes, frequent asking if everything is fine. We didn't expect food for a long time and we really enjoyed it. Thank you! We will definitely visit you again :)
A	Aleš Bílek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biftek s pepřovou omáčkou, s domácí ciabattou: maso v úpravě rare, skvěle šťavnaté, na povrchu posypané hrubozrnou solí, což bylo úplně zbytečné, až to biftek přesolovalo. Omáčka super, silná šťáva, s jemnou příchutí pepře. Domácí ciabatta křupavá, s nádechem česneku. Pivo, dle nabídky Grifel plná čtrnáctka, docela dobré pivo na to že to vaří Ostravar. Obsluha příjemná, super. Ale proč biftek servírují na studeném kameném prkénku, to jsem fakt nepochopil, lepší by byl nahřátý talíř. Prostředí super. Obsluha profesionální. Jídlo vynikající? ceny standart. Prostředí sympatické. Doporučuji Beefsteak with pepper sauce, homemade ciabatta: rare, deliciously juicy meat, gritted with salt on the surface, which was completely unnecessary until the beefsteak was over. Sauce super, strong juice, with a delicate pepper flavor. Homemade ciabatta crispy, with a hint of garlic. Beer, according to the offer Grifel full fourteen, quite a good beer that it brews Ostravar. Service friendly, super. But why they serve beefsteak on a cold stone board, I really didn't understand it, a warm plate would be better. Environment super. Service professional. M	Miladoor “Let's Player” CZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strop burger - vysušené maso, příště aspoň medium nebo se zeptat jak chce zákazník burger pokud neděláte medium automaticky. Penne jsme chtěli se sýrem a dostali jsme s brokolici. Řidič měl špatnou adresu od dispečinku (to se dá ale prominout) 3 hvězdy za tatarak který byl opravdu super. Je tam prostor pro zlepšení a příště zkusíme objednat znova. Ceiling burger - dried meat, next time at least medium or ask how the customer wants a burger if you do not make medium automatically. We wanted a penne with cheese and we got broccoli. The driver had the wrong address from the control room (but it can be forgiven) 3 stars for the tartare which was really great. There is room for improvement and next time we will try to order again.
