Chápu, že při rušení tarifu se mě budou snažit přemluvit, ale když řeknu, že mi končí smlouva a dále ji nechci prodlužovat, nechci se cítit jako zločinec a chci aby mi bylo vyhověno. Mimochodem, pokud platíte za tarif 1600, stačí pohrozit zrušením a nabídnou vám stejný tarif za 300 :)))
They probably have training on arrogance to customers here. I understand that they will try to persuade me to cancel the tariff, but when I say that my contract is ending and I do not want to extend it further, I do not want to feel like a criminal and I want it to be satisfied. By the way, if you pay for the 1600 tariff, just threaten to cancel and offer you the same tariff for 300 :)))
