★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEDOPORUČUJI, včera tj.12.01.2021 tam byli 2 osoby (prodavačka a nějaký muž BEZ ROUŠEK, že se tam člověk bál jít nakoupit !!!!
Ze strany obchodu je to v době epidemie BEZOHLEDNÉ JEDNÁNÍ, kdy musí mít spoustu obchodů zavřeno. Navíc od pí prodavačky NEVHODNÝ KOMENTÁŘ.
 I DO NOT RECOMMEND, yesterday ie.12.01.2021 there were 2 people (a saleswoman and a man WITHOUT ROUŠEK that a man was afraid to go shopping there !!!!
On the trade side, it is Reckless ACTION at a time of epidemic, when many shops must be closed. In addition, from the saleswoman INSUITABLE COMMENT.

Priatelka mi tu na vianoce kupila mlyncek na kavu Tescoma GrandCHEF. Bohuzial, vsetky zle recenzie na tento smejdovy vyrobok si precitala az po nakupe. Chcela ho ist vratit, ale kedze sa jedna o kamenny obchod, tak to je na ochote majitela, ci vrati alebo nevrati peniaze. V tomto pripade sa o ochote majitela rozpravat neda. Neprijemna predavacka ju presviedcala o tom ze to je novy model, ze ten uz nie je na jeden a pol pouzitia, ze to je kvalitny vyrobok. Tak sme zostali s tymto "kvalitnym" vyrobkom, nastastie nie moc dlho.
Po pol roku sa mi mlyncek rozpadol v rukach, bol som ho teda dat reklamovat. Predavacka mi jasne povedala ze ked bude reklamacia vybavena, bude mi 2x telefonovat a nasledne posle sms. Po vyse mesiaci na mletom kafe zo supermarketu a ziadnej sms mi dosla trpezlivost a isiel som si po reklamovany mlyncek. Ta ista, neprijemna predavacka, sa so mnou hadala ze ona mi sms nema ako poslat lebo z toho telefonu nejdu posielat sms. Avsak, nepoprela to, ze mi pred mesiacom slubila, ze sms posle.
Nastastie sa nam vyreklamovany mlyncek podarilo hodit o zem, a tak saga o smejde menom GrandCHEF konecne z nasej strany konci.
Jednoznacne neodporucam ako vyrobky TESCOMA, tak hlavne nakup v tomto "obchode".

A friend bought me a Tescoma GrandCHEF coffee grinder here for Christmas. Unfortunately, you read all the bad reviews on this smejdový product after the purchase. She wanted to return it, but since it is a stone shop, it is up to the owner's willingness to return or not return the money. In this case, the willingness of the owner cannot be discussed. An unpleasant saleswoman convinced her that it is a new model, that it is no longer for one and a half uses, that it is a quality product. So we stayed with this "quality" product, it will happen not for long.
After half a year, the grinder fell apart in my hands, so I was able to complain about it. The saleswoman clearly told me that when the complaint is processed, she will call me twice and then send an SMS. After over a month of ground coffee from the supermarket and no sms, I ran out of patience and went for the claimed grinder. The same, unpleasant saleswoman, was arguing with me that she had no way to send me an SMS, because I can't send an SMS from that phone. However, she did not deny that she promised me a month ago that she would send an SMS.
Fortunately, the grinder we claimed managed to be thrown to the ground, so the saga of a smirk named GrandCHEF is finally on our side of the end.
I definitely do not recommend both TESCOMA products and especially shopping in this "store".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POZOR při nákupu na eshopu. Ten provozuje pro Tescomu jiná firma (Ergotep). Přo požadavku na výměnu, vrácení nebo reklamaci musíte výhradně přes tuto firmu. Prodejna Tescoma Vás vypoklonkuje.
To je pěkná zhůvěřilost a podlost.
Solidní firma provozuje sama eshop a neschovává se za partnera.
Nedoporučuji, u Tescomy již nic nekoupím.
ATTENTION when buying at the e-shop. It is run for Tescom by another company (Ergotep). You must only request this exchange, return or claim through this company. The Tescom store will bow you out.
