★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vodní elektrárna v téměř nezměněné podobě funguje od svého vzniku v roce 1948. Tato stavba doplnila zdymadlo postavené v roce 1931 - 1932 postavené podle návrhu architekta Jana Zázvorky. V období první republiky vznikala takováto vodní díla plánovaně z důvodu zvýšení splavnosti Labe. Moc hezká je i hydroelektrárna se zdymadlem v Nymburce.
 The hydroelectric power plant has been operating in an almost unchanged form since its inception in 1948. This building complemented the lock built in 1931 - 1932, built according to the design of architect Jan Zázvorka. During the First Republic, such water works were created according to the planned increase in the navigability of the Elbe. The hydroelectric power plant with a lock in Nymburk is also very nice.
