★ ★ ★ ★ ★ spatna komunikace s obsluhou. Desetkrat se me zeptaji, co chci. Ja jim to desetkrat zopakuji, vcetne toho, ze to chci trikrat a donesou mi to jednou. V zaveru jsem servana tremi zamestnankynemi, ze jsem vubec nerekla “čikrát”
