 I was here about half a year back and I was very satisfied. The lady was very nice and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto neprofesionální telefonické jednání, na slušně položený dotaz paní odpovídá křikem. Bohužel nemůžu posoudit kvalitu služby jako takové, jelikož po šokujícím telefonátu se budu snažit najít alternativu někde jinde, a to za každou cenu.
Absolutely unprofessional telephone conversation, the lady answers the decently asked question with a shout. Unfortunately, I cannot assess the quality of the service as such, because after a shocking phone call, I will try to find an alternative elsewhere, at any cost.
