Luxury apartment with everything. We've been here before and we're happy to be back. Accessibility to the center within 10 minutes. Stop right in front of the residence.
G	Grzegorz Tężycki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nowoczesne, dobra lokalizacja, TV +netflix. Tramwaj pod apartamentem. 10 min do metra. Fajny widok z okna. Trochę mało prywatnie bo wieżowce obok siebie. Pod apartamentem sklep. Niestety bardo uciążliwy zapach papierosów. Kuchnia i łazienka trochę ubogo wyposażona raczej nie na tydzień z dzieckiem. W łazience brakuje wieszaków a w kuchni ścierki, przydało by się jakieś sitko do makaronu czy ociekacz na sztućce. Apartament naprawdę przestronny, duże loże, pojemne szafy. Na wielki plus zasługuje darmowy parking w podziemiach kompleksu. Modern, good location, TV + netflix. Tram under the apartment. 10 minutes to the meter. Nice view from the window. A little bit privately because skyscrapers next to each other. There is a shop under the apartment. Unfortunately, very unpleasant smell of cigarettes. Kitchen and bathroom are a bit poorly equipped, not for a week with a child. There are no hangers in the bathroom and towels in the kitchen, a pasta strainer or a cutlery drainer would be useful. The apartment is really spacious, large boxes, spacious wardrobes. Free parking in the basement of the complex deserves a big plus.

T	Tom Fojtů on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chvíli jsem zvažoval, kolik hvězd mám dát. Mám totiž rozporuplné pocity. Ubytování má svá pozitiva i negativa. Začnu kladnými záležitostmi. Byt se nachází v perfektní lokalitě 10 minut tramvají od hlavního nádraží. Zastávka je přímo před rezidencí. Byt je moderní, čistý a světlý. Několik recenzí zmiňovalo problémy s majitelem. My jsme problém neměli a komunikace přes telefon i chat v Booking aplikaci byla bez problémů. Nyní negativní věci. Apartmán jsme pronajali pro 6 osob. Rozhodně nevyhovující. Je tam jedna postel a rozkládací pohovky, které mají dobré časy za sebou a na spaní nejsou vhodné. Obě pohovky jsme si museli po příjezdu rozložit a přikrývky a polštáře sami povlect. Počítali jsme s tím, že si jednou či dvakrát uvaříme večeři, ale vařit nelze - maximálně vajíčka na pánvi nebo párky v kastrolu. Ani talířky pro 6 tam nebyly. Chyběla utěrka, takže umýt a nechat schnout nebo improvizovat tričkem. Hodnotím jako výborně ubytování pro 2 nebo rodinu s jedním dítětem max dvěma. I considered for a moment how many stars to give. I have conflicting feelings. Accommodation has its pros and cons. I'll start with the positive issues. The apartment is located in a perfect location 10 minutes by tram from the main station. The bus stop is right in front of the residence. The apartment is modern, clean and bright. Several reviews have mentioned problems with the owner. We had no problem and communication via phone and chat in the Booking application was without problems. Now negative things. We rented the apartment for 6 people. Definitely unsatisfactory. There is one bed and sofa beds that have good times behind them and are not suitable for sleeping. We had to unfold both sofas upon arrival and cover the blankets and pillows ourselves. We expected to cook dinner once or twice, but you can't cook - maximum eggs in a pan or sausages in a casserole. Not even plates for 6 were there. There was no towel, so wash and let dry or improvise with a T-shirt. I rate excellent accommodation for 2 or a family with one child up to two.

He is a crook left us with 3 kids outside of the hotel in the middle of the night after being 20 min late because of delay in our flight. He kept ignoring us while we were trying to use our 2nd night reservation in his appartment. He charged us for both nights!!! This is not the place you would like to rely on when you plan your trip!!!
D	Dawid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of the object is a thief. I was late one day ( I take apartment for 4 nights) and the next day he didn't want to let me in with my three childrens. He take my money for 4 nights! The owner is a russian cheater!! He doesn't want to give money back!
