★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měli jsme zájem o dům, kde bylo zástavní právo na téměř milion korun, což představovalo téměř polovinu kupní ceny nemovitosti. Když jsme po p. realiťačce chtěli vyhotovit smlouvy (dali jsme jí i kontakt na našeho advokáta) napsala nám kontakt na svého kolegu a již asi měsíc se neozývá. Nyní jsme se dozvěděli, že už podepisují smlouvy s někým jiným. Ještě musím říct, že dům, dle mého názoru, absolutně nebyl připraven na prohlídky. Byl tam všude binec, staré krámy a ani tráva na zahradě nebyla posekaná.
Dle mého dojmu, velmi neschopná paní a řekla bych, že i celá realitka. Nechápu, že si vůbec mohou vydělat na chleba. Zlaté M&M, i když si berou šílené provize...ale alespoň to jsou profíci s nějakou úrovní jednání.
NEDOPORUČUJI K SPOLUPRÁCI.
We were interested in a house where the lien was almost a million crowns, which represented almost half of the purchase price of the property. When we wanted to make contracts after the real estate agent (we also gave her a contact with our lawyer) she wrote us a contact with her colleague and she hasn't been speaking for about a month. We have now learned that they are already signing contracts with someone else. I still have to say that the house, in my opinion, was absolutely not ready for tours. There was a mess everywhere, old stuff, and even the grass in the garden was not cut.
According to my impression, very incompetent lady and I would say the whole reality. I don't understand that they can make money at all. Gold M&M, even if they take crazy commissions ... but at least they're pros with some level of negotiation.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO COOPERATION.
