I would like to share a very bad experience with this dog hotel. My parents put their dog here for a week because of a holiday. Since I live in Brno, I was planning to visit the dog. The first visit took place on the second day of his stay. I didn't feel good about it from the beginning, so after a walk I didn't want to say goodbye to him and I asked one of the employees if I could stay with him for a while. The walls of the room were rather weak, so it was very good to hear what was going on, but above all, neighboring dogs were barking or whining. After a while, I heard another employee who seemed to be silent. His approach to dogs was very hateful, unprofessional and totally unacceptable to me. Because he didn't know about me, he treated dogs like he was alone. He started to swear at one of the dogs and sounded like hitting the door until the dog was quiet. He then moved on to the next room, closer to us. Already during the move triggered another derogatory comment addressed to another dog (now here mago **). However, she came to warn him of his colleague with whom I was communicating that I was there. He replied that she should have told him earlier. After this terrible experience, I took the dog with me and I did not return it to the hotel. The whole experience is very depressing and stressful for me and I feel sorry for all the dogs that end up in their "care".

I warn all people who want to have their dog accommodated in this hotel. They are totally disgusting to dogs and evil. We left to stay at the hotel 4 months ago and were really disgusting with him. As soon as we left and noticed the employee through the windows and what he was doing ... He banged on the door where our dog is housed, so we returned immediately and asked that the dog would return to us immediately and cancel the contract. Until now, I'm afraid they may blackmail us. He just squeezed the paper, but I don't know if it applies as a cancellation and withdrawal from the contract. I warn you! The employee was drunk and smelled of beer. He looks like he's homeless. The room smelled like a farm with cows. I totally do not recommend! Those who give five stars are pretty crazy.

I am very glad that we were able to use the services of this hotel. You won't find better in Brno. All care for one!

I would like to share with you a very negative experience with this hotel. Since last year, we have been relatively active in using the services of both the hotel and the training. Everything was great and the dog was taken care of and always learned something new. Unfortunately, when we wanted to use their services again at the beginning of September, we were very unpleasantly surprised. After finding out that the lady owner no longer "works" in the hotel and everything is solved only by "Mr. Executive"…. even so, we arranged accommodation for our dog. The first sentence to welcome was that he changed the price list and how long the dog will be there… time does not matter is good, everything becomes more expensive, we said… we accommodated the dog and went to write a contract… while we told the master that we would use the training again He replied that he would definitely not train our dog, and that he had to know everything when we always wanted the owner for training… yes, there were two and the owner had a good relationship with our dog, so we always chose her. When we told him all this, he started to be rude with the fact that the owner should take him to a block of flats and train him there, for example… so we didn't like it anymore, we started to worry about the dog what would happen to him, we told him , let him give us the dog that we will take him, let alone tell us to take him, ok, we took the dog and we slowly started to go to the car with the dog we accommodate elsewhere… in the door was waiting for us obviously drunk "Mr. Executive" wanted to wash with me, he finally let us go with the saying that "a dog can do it and whatever you pull, socks". We really didn't have a word about this behavior and we were very happy to go elsewhere. I note that we have already left them tens of thousands for training and accommodation in the previous year. For this reason, I really do not recommend this hotel, where only a drunk and arrogant executive rules. Please, if you like your pets, put them elsewhere.
