I have mixed opinions on this business. On the one hand, it's good that they provide 24/7 service and come in very fast when coming to you. My experience with them also has a negative side. Due to the poorly tensioned alternator belt, I got rid of the battery in my car. At that time, however, I did not know the cause. Due to the late night time and the bad place of the event, I was forced to use their assistance services that I had paid from my insurance company. I was not 100% sure of a discharged battery, so I had to call a straight outfit vehicle with the assurance that even before the eventual pullout, their employee would try to find out if the problem was a repairable problem. Upon arrival, their employee connected the battery to the charging cables, tried to start, did not help, my car pulled me back into their service. Later, I learned that this procedure was bad because the batteries had to be charged for at least 10 minutes on the cables. The next day they called me out of the service that the whole problem was in the battery. So I told them to try to find the cause of the discharged battery. Try Alternator Function, etc. Then they let me know that they were looking at it all and that the problem was in the battery itself - I suggested a replacement. But I did not let them do their job and asked them only to charge the current battery. For these services, they said almost 3,000 crowns. I note that the salary was paid by the insurance company. So I paid 3,000 for the wrong process of the employee, which I could have prevented the whole service from servicing, for failing to diagnose the cause of the fault, because the problem was actually in the alternator, not in the battery, and then only by recharging the battery itself. That's a pretty expensive price.

I could not start the car, through my insurance company was selected helpdesk Assist24. Engineer, Mr. Jelinek, who tried charging the battery cables and starting over subsequent towing to the service (though to no avail) did a perfect job, he's a pro. The service I got news the next working day, correctly identified a fault in the starter and offered to either repair the old starter, with a latency of 2 days or else refurbished car starter and I could take away the same day. I finally agreed to the exchange, they offered me the Bosch rebuilt in about 5000 without work ... to work through 7tis. Later I found out that RRP overhauled Bosch starter for the same type of car is about CZK 2,500. Service and service I recommend, but find out what is the real price for the services that you are offering.

I used the company's services in full. My car was towed after the accident as an assistance service of the insurance company. In this awkward situation, they were professional and quite fast. The further course, ie the agreement with the service and the insurance company, the repair and the subsequent completion of the technical inspection were without problems and agile. I am satisfied.

They are breaking the law and they took about 1000 CZK from me for nothing. The next time you order something from them, turn on the dictaphone. The CTIA basically agreed with me, but I don't wear a camera like a police on my jacket, so it is impossible to prove what the driver (didn't) tell me. In addition, he drives late - the guy sits near my house for maybe an hour, and then he arrived half an hour late - without apology, without explanation - absolute disinterest.

I must very much appreciate the work of Mr Růžička and his colleagues. They repaired my car professionally, they handled everything with the utmost effort to have the car ready for the holidays. There was no problem with anything, the car goes great and the price also perfectly matches the work. I definitely recommend.
