Po nějaké době co mi přišla, tak vida, poslali mi o 8 článků delší řetěz než na mojí motorku patří. Tudíž jsem volal do 2h moto a bylo mi sděleno, že řetěz v délce, ve které potřebuji nemají a mít nebudou, protože se údajně přestal vyrábět (ještě zmíním to, že ještě než mi řetězová sada přišla, tak jsem nedostal žádný email o tom, že mi bude zaslán delší řetěz, jejich rada byla ''odbrušte si to a zkraťte si to sám nebo nám ho zašlete''. Řetěz jsem jim ještě ten den zaslal zpátky a po 4 dnech (dnes) mi dorazil řetěz nový, a kupodivu ve správné délce, kterou jsem potřeboval (přitom mi bylo sděleno, že ho nemají a proto mi poslali ten delší). :) I will tell you my experience, I ordered a chain set exactly for my motorcycle. After some time since she came to me, by the way, they sent me an 8 link chain longer than my motorcycle. So I called within 2 hours of moto and I was told that the chain in the length I need do not have and will not have, because it allegedly stopped production (I will mention that before the chain set came to me, I did not receive any email about that I would be sent a longer chain, their advice was "cut it off and shorten it yourself or send it to us." I sent the chain back to them that day and after 4 days (today) I received a new chain, and surprisingly in the right length I needed (I was told they didn't have it and that's why they sent me the longer one) :)
J	Jan Havlicek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem si výfuky Mivv. Na motorku vůbec nesedly, křivý hrozně. Snažil jsem se je vrátit. Odpověď byla, že to nejde, že výuky jsou ok. Žádal jsem tedy konkrétní vyjádření k jednotlivým bodům mojí reklamace. Zde odpověď od nějakýho Humla. Zdravím, nebudeme si tu posílat výfuk sem a tam ne.? Záruka se zamítá. Výfuk Vám bude zaslán zpět a tím je věc uzavřena žádné odstoupení od smlouvy. V dalším kole už se ozval nějakej jejich právník, zřejmě "kámik". Názor nechť si každý udělá sám. I ordered Mivv exhausts. They didn't sit on the motorcycle at all, crooked terribly. I tried to return them. The answer was that it was not possible that the lessons were ok. I therefore asked for a specific statement on the individual points of my complaint. Here's an answer from some Huml. Hi, we're not going to send an exhaust here and there. Warranty is void. The exhaust will be sent back to you and thus the thing is closed, no withdrawal from the contract. In the next round, a lawyer called them, probably a "friend". Let everyone make their own opinion.

Člověk má pocit, že jedná s kamarády, osobní přistup Helči která mi volala mě velmi potěšil a měl jsem pocit, že nevolám k prodejci ale ke skupině fajn motorkářů. Do obchodu pro motorkáře se mi tenhle osobní přístup prostě hodí a velice mne potěšil:) I ordered and I received what I ordered. But I see their customer service as a big plus. One has the feeling that he is dealing with friends, the personal approach of Helča who called me made me very happy and I had the feeling that I was not calling the dealer but a group of nice bikers. This personal approach just suits me in the shop for bikers and it made me very happy :)

p	peeetrCZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ produkt mi má přijít až po 3 měsících po objednání. když jsem tam volal tak kontakty neseděli a připojilo mě to na člověka co s tím neměl nic společného a objednávku nemohu nějak zrušit..... ochotu ze druhé strany jsem nenašel....pouze jsem chtěl vědět zda si moji objednanou objednávku mohu vyzvednout na místě aniž bych musel čekat 3 měsíce. jediný co jsem se od nich dozvěděl že mám odeslat mail a ono se to vyřeší.... nic se nevyřešilo.....

A	Anton Lancevič on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is 3rd week with order been in "ordered" state. Before the order items were confirmed to be in stock both by phone call and online status on the web site. Company staff is unable to tell anything useful about current state. Items from China ordered same day as items "in stock" from this shop arrived today. I believed them that ordering something "in stock" in Czech Republic is worth extra money as it will be delivered very fast actually I've payed hell lot more for parts from China to receive it later then other parts ordered directly(aliexpress) from China. I'd recommend to stay away from this shop. Update: 3rd August ordered "in stock", confirmed by phone that item had been in stock. Today 19th August got an sms "will be delivered in next days".
