★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nakoupili jsme zde spotřebiče pro vybavení nové kuchyně. Co se týče zákaznického servisu obchodu, tak můžu potvrdit, že je nadstandartní. Ještě jsem takový nezažil. Komunikace s obchodem je promptní, zboží skladem a rychlé dodání. Neuvěřitelné. Cenová nabídka dodána v řádu několika desítek minut. Po dodání následoval kontakt lidí z obchodu jestli bylo zboží dodáno v pořádku. Přes tento obchod nakopíme i zbytek spotřebičů. Doporučuji.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodej proběhl v pořádku. Potíže nastaly se službou výměna zabudované myčky technikem. Službu zaplatíte předem. Po dovozu zboží se dozvíte (když si zavoláte), že technik vzhledem k tomu, že jste z malého města nepřijede do 48 hodin jak je v klamavé reklamě, ale až v pondělí v 8.00, tj. čtvrtý den po zaplacení. Vezmete si dovolenou a čekáte hodinu. Nic - nikdo. Voláte na služby zákazníkům, kde se dozvíte, že technikovi se to nehodí a přijede až ve středu opět v 8.00, kdy jste objednán k doktorovi. Nelíbí se vám to? Sorry. Někdo se Vám ozve z vedení. Jak dopadne budu informovat. Ale týden se dívat na zabalenou myčku, ztratit dva pracovní dny je horší jak za socializmu. O ušlém zisku ani nemluvě. Kupujte jinde!!!!!
