After we wanted to take part in the auction and we still had an appointment with the participation of a structural engineer, we were informed by email that due to the high interest in the house (according to the broker about 8 bidders) decided to increase the price from 4 million to 5.5 million and whether we are still interested. After the call with the broker, I was told that her superior is working with lawyers and they let me know how the situation is developing and whether we managed to find a common language, etc. Although the broker knew we were interested in learning what and how, because we calculated that the price will go up anyway in the auction, no one has ever contacted us again, even though we were agreed to call. For me, the action is really tragic and very unprofessional. I prefer not to comment on the style of speech, appearance at the tour, decency to introduce oneself or sign in mutual communication. They may be able to provide financial advice, but they have to work hard in the sale of real estate and we do not recommend it.
