Objednala jsem si krátký vánoční řetěz s hvězdami. Přišel poškozený (jedna nesvítila vůbec a u další byla ulomená jedna strana), takže jsem ho reklamovala. Velmi oceňuji rychlou reakci a vrácení peněz za zboží.
I ordered a short Christmas chain with stars. It came damaged (one did not shine at all and the other had broken one side), so I complained about it. I really appreciate the quick response and refund for the goods.

Naprosto nespolehlivý eshop. Vybral jsem zboží které bylo údajně skladem doručení do 2 dnů po týdnu informace, že se zboží opozdí po dalším týdnu informace, že zboží není pořád naskladněno. Lživé informace na eshopu ohledně skladových zásob. Objednávku jsem zrušil telefonicky a operátorka se ani nedivila. Toto se mi stalo již podruhé. Kdyby byla možnost neudělit ani jednu hvězdičku tak bych jí nedal.
Absolutely unreliable eshop. I selected goods that were allegedly in stock delivery within 2 days after a week of information that the goods will be delayed after another week of information that the goods are still not in stock. False information on the e-shop regarding stocks. I canceled my order by phone and the operator was not even surprised. This has happened to me for the second time. If it was possible not to award a single star, I would not give it.

Malo by tu byť hodnotenie: úplný podvodníci, odpad, vyhnite sa. A títo si také hodnotenie zaslúžia plne. Objednala som si dosť drahé obličky na periny a prišli síce promptne, ale balenie bolo úplne dotrhané a ten tovar podľa mňa nie je vôbec nový. Zrejme použitý/používaný, možno aj praný a žehlený. To som to kupovala ako darček. Ako mám darovať povlečenie v potrehanom igelite? Úpne, že potrhaný. A to nebolo vôbec lacné. Keď som tam zavolala síce mi dvihli, ale požiadavky, že odfotťe, napíšte a pošlite vôbec nie sú štandard a už vôbec nie za tú cenu. Majú to vymyslené, pani na telefone proste len odpinkáva a tvári sa, že nič nevie riešiť telefonicky len mailom. Takže napíšte a čakajte, keď ste tupci. No a druhý podvodníci sú podľa mňa heuréka a spol, ktorý zbierajú a pridávajú len pozitivné recenzie. Pozerám, že keď tam chcem pridať recenzie na 4home, tak sa nedá. Kedysi sa na heuréku dalo spoľahnúť, dosť drahé zistenie, že sú to už tiež šmejdi

When I called there, I was told, but the requirements to take a picture, write and send are not standard at all and not at that price at all. They have it figured out, the lady on the phone just peeps off and pretends she can't solve anything by phone just by e-mail. So write and wait when you're stupid. And the second fraudsters are, in my opinion, eureka and spol, who collect and add only positive reviews. I see that if I want to add reviews on 4home there, I can't. Once upon a time, he could rely on Eureka, quite an expensive discovery that they were already scumbags.

Objednané zboží dorazilo v pořádku (povlečení, hrnek), sice o den později, ale čert to vem, na tom asi zase až tolik nesejde. Jsem s mým nákupem přes e-shop spokojená. Hodnotím kladně.
The ordered goods arrived in order (bed linen, mug), although a day later, but damn it, it probably doesn't matter that much again. I am satisfied with my purchase via the e-shop. I evaluate it positively.

Komunikácia a riešenie problémov sa mi vôbec nepáčila. Mala som problém s doručením na adresu. Kuriér nezavolal, neprišiel a doručil zásielku na najbližšiu poštu. Vyjadrenie pani na infolinke bolo, že si to mám riešiť sama, že oni za dopravu zaplatili. Tak po prvé za dopravu som platila ja. Eshop bol sprostredkovateľ, ktorý tvrdil na svojich stránkach, že balíček bude doručený na adresu. Keďže sa tak nestalo, mali ste to riešiť a nie posúvať zodpovednosť na zákazníka. Ja som platila za službu a nie len za tú doručovaciu.

The lady's statement on the infoline was that I had to deal with it myself, that they had paid for the transport. So first of all, I paid for the transport. The e-shop was an intermediary who claimed on its website that the package would be delivered to the address. Since this did not happen, you should have dealt with it and not shifted the responsibility to the customer. I paid for the service and not just the delivery.

Objednala jsem si dárky, a přes týden mi je dodávali. To by zas tak strašné nebylo, i takhle před vánoci. Spíš mě velice naštvalo jejich přístup, psala jsem jim na zákaznicí mail o info k objednávce a přes 5dní žádná odezva, tak jsem zkontaktovala na stránkách jejich messenger a také nic, telefon také nezvedali. Když konečné odpověděli, tak problém svedli na dopravce, i když mi nepřišel mail o předání dopravci. A až o zpětném mailu ode mě, že mi žádné info od dopravce nepřišlo, tak mi napsali, že se stala chyba a objednávka není ještě ani zabalená. Domnívám se, že kdybych se neozvala tak by ji vůbec neodeslali. Za mě nedoporučuji! I zabalené to měli strašně, se divím že to nebylo rozbité.

When they finally answered, they blamed the carrier, even though I didn't receive an email about handing it over to the carrier. And it wasn't until the return from me that I didn't receive any information from the carrier, they wrote me that an error had occurred and the order wasn't even packed yet. I don't think they would have sent her at all if I hadn't called. I do not recommend for me! They also packed it terribly, I'm surprised it wasn't broken.

I ordered flower pots. The delivery was very quick. The price was fair. The lady who called me was very nice and helpfull. They missed a piece of thing from the package and when I wrote them they sent that immediately without any questions. I love them! I will choose them next time again. Suggested seller!
