★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikdy bych nevěřila, že v 19 začnu sportovat a už vůbec ne, že tím sportem bude zrovna bjj. Nejen, že je to skvělé odreagování, ale naučila jsem se (díky skvělému trenérovi a úžasnému kolektivu) i základy sebeobrany a trpělivosti. Nechtějí po nás hned nějaké výkony a být ve všem dokonalý. Stačí přijít, ,,poválet se" a užít si to. :)
I would never believe that they will start playing sports at 19 and not at all that the sport will be just a bjj. Not only is it a great relaxation, but I also learned (thanks to a great coach and an amazing team) the basics of self-defense and patience. They don't want any performances from us right now and be perfect in everything. Just come, "hang out" and enjoy it. :)
