Klášter byl v roce 1784 zrušen a kostel v roce 1786 zbořen, část zdiva kostela se dochovala v ulici Boženy Němcové (čp. 69). Od roku 1803 tu sídlila kolej piaristů s gymnáziem. Od roku 1823 slouží budova veřejným účelům, dnes je sídlem okresního archivu.
The Minorite Monastery was founded in 1234 along with the Gothic Church of St. Michael. The monastery was abolished in 1784 and the church was demolished in 1786, part of the masonry of the church was preserved in Božena Němcová street (No. 69). Since 1803 the Piarist College with a grammar school has been located here. Since 1823 the building has been used for public purposes, today it is the seat of the district archive.
