★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na připojení od A1M se nedá v žádném případě spolehnout, internet pravidelně vypadává. Poslední výpadek trval 26 hodin, infolinka se odvolává na jejich VOP podle kterých je nedostupnost připojení do 48 hodin naprosto v pořádku a ani jí nehodlají nějak kompenzovat.
The connection from A1M cannot be relied on in any case, the internet is regularly lost. The last outage lasted 26 hours, the infoline refers to their GTC according to which the unavailability of the connection within 48 hours is absolutely fine and they do not even intend to compensate it.

Buďte opatrní na tohoto poskytovatelem, jsou to jen zloději, kteří okradou každého nového klienta.
Prodají vám router za 1500 Kc, když podepíšete smlouvu, a když budete chtít smlouvu ukončit, zkomplikují vám to, tak že vás nechají platit další 2 měsíce, i když službu nevyužíváte.
Jakmile bude toto zpracováno, obdržíte poslední fakturu. Nasledne 24 hodin poté obdržíte dopis od vzmahace pohledávek, abyste zaplatili fakturu na 650 Kč a zaplatili poplatek za vymáhání pohledávek 2500 Kč.
Je to velmi levný způsob vybírání peněz, nedokážou si udržet stálé zákazníky kvůli svým špatným službám a zákaznickému servisu, takže používají velmi levné triky, aby od každého nového zákazníka vybrali co nejvíce.
Ze své zkušenosti opravdu radím každému, kdo bydlí na Paťance a na Praze 6, aby byl velmi opatrný a co nejdříve od tohoto poskytovatele utekl a už se s ním nikdy nezabýval,
Jste-li stávajícím zákazníkem a chcete si to sami vyzkoušet? zkuste zavolat zákaznický servis, pokud zvednou telefon! a požádejte o proces ukončení smlouvy a uvidíte patové chování a triky!!! využijí vás zvláště, pokud jste cizinci, kteří neznají jejich recenze v češtině.

Be careful of this provider, they are the only thieves who rob every new client.
They will sell you a router for CZK 1,500 when you sign the contract, and if you want to terminate the contract, they will complicate it for you by letting you pay another 2 months, even if you do not use the service.
Once this is processed, you will receive the last invoice. Subsequently, 24 hours later, you will receive a letter from the claimant to pay the invoice for CZK 650 and pay a debt collection fee of CZK 2,500.
It's a very cheap way to raise money, they can't keep regular customers because of their poor service and customer service, so they use very cheap tricks to get the most out of each new customer.
From my experience, I really advise everyone who lives in Patany and Prague 6 to be very careful and to run away from this provider as soon as possible and never deal with him again,
If you are an existing customer and want to try it for yourself? try calling customer service if they pick up the phone! and ask for a contract termination process and you will see stalemate behaviors and tricks !!! they will use you especially if you are foreigners who do not know their reviews in Czech.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost a year ago their service wasn't good because in my area there were frequent outages. But during this year the situation improved a lot. Now it's as good as UPC company, but way cheaper. Keep the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I canceled my contract 4 months ago, cancelation process was not properly explained in the beginning, as I had to send an additional form to the company next to written and oral confirmation that I want to cancel the contract. After 2 months the customer service contacted me that I had to send back this form in addition, and I accepted that this didn't happen so I kept paying for the subscription even though I did not use it at all. Which is fine. Then after sending the form, which was not received by A1M, I contacted customer service, and the person on the call decided to be very rude to me, and not listening to my explanation that it was send, where I requested the the help from this person on how to fix the problem. The person on the call then still didn't want to help me on how we could fix it, and hung up the call after I asked to speak to a manager who can help identify on how to resolve the issue. This was done in a very inproper way, without any help being offered.
I would like to ask customer service to contact me on how to fix this, as it seems like the company is not willing to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORST internet provider i ever had. Non stop outages. They provided me a router which is having troubles and disconnects 7-8 per day at the same hours... i am not able to work from home. I was dropped from multiple calls with clients... Aim support does not reply for days and if they do, they are not very much willing to solve anything. I absolutely have zero idea for what i am paying.
I strongly recommend you to avoid this internet provider.

They sell you rooter whe you sign contract for 1500 CZK , and when you want to end contract they make it comlicated for you so they keep you paying for 2 more month even if you dont use the service,
As soon as this get processed you will receive last invoice. AND BOOM 24 hours after you will receive letter for debt collector to pay the invoice for 650 czk and and pay debt collector fee 2500 czk.
Its very cheap way to collect money, they are not able to keep regular customers due to thier poor services and customer service so they use very cheap tricks to collect from every new customer as much as they can.
from my experience I really advice every one who live in Patanka and Prague 6 to be very carrful and run from this provider asap and never deal with them again,
If you are existing customer and want to try it your self ? try to call customer service if they pick up !! and ask for termination contract process and you will see the heel behavior and tricks!!! they will take advantage from you speacially if you are foreigners who dont know thier reviews in czech language.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No service during the weekends. On Friday night we lost internet connection due a short storm. I tried to call them but nobody is in the office till Monday. We were unable to access the internet the entire weekend. It's a disgrace. How can a internet provider have no working technician on the weekends? This is unheard off.
