★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plně automatický kávovar Siemens v záruce, popsali jsme vadu, bohužel vada neodstraněna, místo kávy stále dělá obarvenou vodu. Pan Koželuh arogantní, jemu káva chutná, na dotaz zda když kávovar dovezeme zpět nám kávu udělá bylo řečeno, že ne, že jsou zavření, že asi teda neumí kávovary opravovat a ať si ho tedy odvezeme do Prahy, což v pondělí uděláme. Takže díky, k vám už nikdy více.
Fully automatic Siemens coffee machine under warranty, we have described the defect, unfortunately the defect has not been removed, instead of coffee it still makes colored water. Mr. Koželuh is arrogant, he likes coffee, when asked if when we bring the coffee machine back he will make us coffee, it was said that they are not closed, that they probably can't repair coffee machines and let us take it to Prague, which we will do on Monday. So thanks, never to you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučujeme! Technik p. Koželuh arogantní a drzý. Paní na Siemensu která nám ho objednávala na opravu pračky nám zapomněla sdělit že platba za opravu je možná pouze v hotovosti. Technik nám tvrdil, že to paní říká vždy (asi že lžeme). Paní nám to ovšem neřekla, poté co jsme tedy jeli do bankomatu do vedlejší obce (trvalo to cca 15 minut) si dovolil s námi udělat cirkus, ani nás nenechal domluvit zabouchl dveře a odjel s tím, že my jako zákazníci si máme vše zjistit když jsme si ho objednali. Omyl, já jsem zákazník a oni mi mají sdělit podmínky. Na tohoto arogantního a drzého chlapa jsme čekali 2 týdny, jelikož měli závodní dovolenou (což mě jako zákazníka nemusí zajímat). To že v dnešní době a v době COVIDU nejsou schopni si zajistit platbu kartou či na účet jako většina firem je jejich problém. Oprava byla za několik tisíc podotýkám. Nikdy víc! Dáváme vědět i Siemensu, že tuto firmu příště ne. Vidím že na p. Koželuha tady je negativních reakcí více. Divím se, že je stále ještě zaměstnancem asi to bude tím, že je to jeho firma. To je panečku podnikatel.
We do not recommend! Technician Mr. Koželuh arrogant and cheeky. The lady at Siemens who ordered it for us to repair the washing machine forgot to tell us that payment for the repair is only possible in cash. The technician told us that the lady always says that (probably that we are lying). However, the lady did not tell us, after we went to the ATM in the next village (it took about 15 minutes) he allowed himself to do a circus with us, did not let us arrange, slammed the door and left with the fact that we as customers should find out everything when we ordered it. Mistake, I am a customer and they have to tell me the conditions. We waited 2 weeks for this arrogant and cheeky guy, because they had a racing holiday (which may not interest me as a customer). The fact that nowadays and in the time of COVID they are not able to secure payment by card or on account like most companies is their problem. The repair was worth several thousand, I note. Never more! We also let Siemens know that this company will not do so next time. I see that there are more negative reactions to Mr. Koželuh here. I'm surprised he's still an employee, it's probably because he's his company. This is a lucky businessman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A profi servis mi dělal pozáruční opravu kombinované parní trouby Bosch. Servisní technik i operátor byli velmi milí a ochotní. Nad mé očekávání mi vyjednali u výrobce náhradní díl zdarma.
A profi servis doporučuji, za mě jedna z nejlepších firem, které mi dělali servis domácích spotřebičů. Opět se na ně ráda obrátím.

za dopravu,ok),komunikace ze strany servisu žádná,nutná tel.urgence,
oprava neprovedena!!!pouze proplach vodou. Nebylo šáhnuto na jediný
šroubek. Cena 900kč,nejdražší voda co jsem kdy platil. Technik úplně
bezcenná osoba.
Never again !!! Dryer imported under the nose (on recommendation, speed + price
for transport, ok), communication from the service side none, necessary telurgery,
repair not done !!! only rinsing with water. It wasn't touched on one
screw. Price 900 CZK, the most expensive water I have ever paid. Technician completely
worthless person.
