Poradí, nastaví a opraví, jak je to potřeba a ne podle toho, co potřebují prodat. Nic nenutí a vyslechnou si vás. Doporučuji. I've been servicing my lawnmower and saw for years here. The lawnmower has been over 15 years old so I will come here for a new one. Order, adjust and repair as needed and not according to what they need to sell. Nothing forces them to hear you. I recommend.

Sortiment je trochu omezený, ale rádi a ochotně vám vše obědnají. Always helpful, helpful staff, good prices ... I am a standing customer and I can recommend this store. Motto pana Neumanna "...je pro mne důležité, abyste si odtud něco odnesl!" má poněkud hlubší význam, než se na první pohled může zdát. Pan Neumann byl velmi příjemný a vstřícný a nemohu tvrdit, že neumí naslouchat. Musím konstatovat, že rozhovor byl pro mne v kladném slova smyslu přínosný a obdržené rady rozhodně zúročím. P	Petr Kříž on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V návaznosti na recenze počínaje 5.5.2009, 21.9.2011, 26.9.2016, 17.5.2017 a 7.7.2017 se musím připojit se souhlasným konstatování o arogantním a neochotném jednání při řešení jekéhokoliv problému. Dlouhá léta sloužící pila Husqvarna 359 se ihned po opravě v této provozovně nejprve zahřívala, což při osobní návštěvě a prohlídce bylo odborníkem, který opravu prováděl označeno jako normální stav, nebránící provozu, ale při dalším použití došlo k zadření pily. Za opravu jsem zaplatil přes 5.000,- Kč, ztratil s tím spoustu času a cesta do provozovny taky není zadarmo.Závadu jsem reklamoval, ale bylo mi sděleno, že došlo k zadření pístu v důsledku použití nejkvalitní směsi. Poukazoval jsem na to, že na stejnou směs ze stejného kanystru jede i křovinořez Husqvarna a pila Stihl a ani jeden z těchto přístrojů navykazuje známky poruchovosti. Na tento můj argument majitel Neumann neragoval a nabídl opravu tentokráte již za 9.000,-Kč. Dle vyjádření nezávislého odborníka nebyla původní oprava provedena odborně a se všemi náležitostmi. Pilu Husqvarnu jsem zakoupil opět, ale u jiného prodejce a dalším zájemcům o opravu přístrojů v žádném případě nedoporučuji provozovnu AZ-Neuman. On this my argument owner Neumann did not respond and offered repair this time for 9.000, -CZK. According to the independent expert, the original repair was not carried out professionally and with all the requisites. I have purchased the Husqvarna saw again, but I do not recommend AZ-Neuman at any other retailer or to anyone interested in repairing the machine.
L	Ladislav Kotalik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělý přístup prodejce. Pan Neuman mi po objednání pily osobně volal, aby nabídl pomocnou radu při práci s pilou, její údržbou apod. Poprvé jsem se setkal s takto vstřícným přístupem prodejce. Velmi mile mě to překvapilo. Great approach from the seller. After ordering the saw, Mr. Neuman personally called me to offer help with working with the saw, its maintenance, etc. For the first time, I met with such a friendly approach from the seller. I was very pleasantly surprised.
M	Mobility Rent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, rád bych napsal pozitivní recenzi, ale dnešní jednání pana Neumanna mě bohužel v negativním slova smyslu šokovalo...přijel jsem na servis se sekačkou (sám) a požádal pana Neumanna, jestli by mi mohl pomoci vyndat z auta. Začal na mě křičet, jak si to představuji, jestli vím, kolik mu tam chodí lidí a kdyby měl každému pomáhat - v jeho věku - že s sebou někoho mám mít na pomoc - a ať mu ji přistavím ke dveřím - a odešel do kanceláře...Pak jsme se dostali k tomu, že nakládal kontejner suti a bolí ho záda...sekačku jsem tedy převezl do Průhonic, kde s tím nebyl nejmenší problém. Tedy, asi perfektní služby při prodeji, ale když nemá den, tak tam raději nechodit...Michal Krátký Hello, I would like to write a positive review, but unfortunately today's behavior of Mr. Neumann shocked me in a negative sense ...
