If you're worried about the ear, you don't have to! :) Great doctor and sister. They are very handy and nice. I recommend and you really will not regret it.

V čekárně většinou není moc pacientů, ale i tak se čekání může docela protáhnout právě z toho důvodu, že se každému věnují. Excellent attitude of both doctors to patients, always gave me enough time, explained everything, advised. Expertly, as a layman, they also inspire confidence in me. There are not many patients in the waiting room, but even so, waiting can be stretched because of the fact that they are dedicated to everyone.

Tímto paní doktorce a sestřičce moc děkuji. J	Jarmil Králíček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tu jedinou hvězdičku jsem musel dát, abych vůbec mohl pokračovat. Dne 3.1.22 (pondělí) jsem se chtěl telefonicky objednat na A-Z ORL; bylo mně řečeno, abych zavolal ve čtvrtek 8–11.30 (606 045 536). Což jsem učinil a byl jsem objednán na 17.2. 13.30. Na místě v danou dobu: na dveřích nápis zapovídající klepání, prý jsme sledováni kamerami. Po 15´ čekaní jsem zaklepal – a nic. Po další 1/4 h (už 30´) jsem zavolal na č., na kterém jsem se objednal – a opět nic, "marné volání". Mimochodem mezi spoustou různých informací a instrukcí není žádné spojení uvedeno. Později jsem zjistil na webu A-Z ORL: "17.2 a 18.2. je ordinace uzavřena / pacienti objednaní na vyšetření sluchu budou vyšetřeni." (?) Tento výčet holých faktů je bohužel jediným "hodnocením", které zatím mohu podat. I had to give that one star in order to continue at all. On 3.1.22 (Monday) I wanted to order by A-Z ENT by phone; I was told to call 8-11.30 on Thursday (606,045,536). Which I did and I was ordered for 17.2. 13.30. On the spot at the time: a knock on the door saying we were being watched by cameras. After 15 weeks, I knocked - and nothing. After another 1/4 hour (already 30´), I called the number I ordered - and again nothing, a "futile call". By the way, there is no connection between a lot of different information and instructions. I later found out on the A-Z ENT website: "On February 17 and 18, the surgery is closed / patients ordered for a hearing examination will be examined." (?) Unfortunately, this bare list is the only "assessment" I can give so far.
